This paint is just what I wanted, but I've only given four stars as a warning to anyone thinking that this paint may be all that you need to paint a floor. if you'd like to be able to mop the floor up of say...a spilt drink, you may want to do what I did and and give the floor a clear tough durable sealant finish after as well, as I have. The finish is very matt so dusty dirty soles will leave tracks. If I could liken the paint finish to something we're all familiar with it would have to be a school 'blackboard' dry matt finish. You should seriously consider whether this is for you if you want a one or two coat finished floor. I knew what work I was getting into with this paint, you may find that you weren't expecting to do more to get the finish you had in mind.
