fitted ok works well but i cannot synchronise the time with the chimes got the hours sound right but not on the hour exactly more like 10 to the hour

This was to replace like for like of a clock that was included in a picture made for my daughter by her grandmother in 2008 and still very much cherished. So it was great to find these simple little time pieces are still made by the same manufacturer,as our one had finally given up working. So it's in place and working and we will be very happy if this one lasts as long! So far, so good, it keeps time well and it didn't cost a fortune to buy.
