I was introduced to this fantastic baking spray at my favorite kitchen store so when I saw it here at a bulk discount, I jumped on it.The spray contains flour and eliminates the need to flour my cake pans. I have several Nordic Ware cast aluminum bundt and loaf pans which have intricate designs. A light spray (over the sink, there's overspray) and then add batter and tap lightly on the countertop to get down in all the grooves and crevices and eliminate air bubbles. After baking, I let cool ten minutes on a rack, then invert pan and the cake/loaf slips right out.Easy to clean, just warm soapy soponge. It never leaves a sticky residue or build up. Once you've baked with Bak-Klene, you'll never use the grocery store spray again. I wouldn't dream of baking without it.

This stuff is amazing for baking. Items come off clean every time. I usually purchase it from Williams Sonoma, but am glad I discovered this bulk option because the price per can is better. The only down side is I’m an at home baker so I progress fairly slowly through the cans, so I’ll have to store them. But that’s ok because there isn’t an expiration on them!

I do a lot of baking - got this based on reviews from sources other than amazon - have used it mult. times and it works great for preventing sticking. Because of the price, I reserve it for baking with bundt pans (I can line layer cake pans with parchment) and the cakes come out beautifully. My only issue - hence the deduction of the 1 star - the spray is rather clumpy. It is an older model of a spray top - the kind that is easily knocked off the little nozzle end - so I feel like I end up spraying way too much on to the pan but - it works well so would buy it again!

Wow, the spray comes out with so much force and volume, even placing the pan in the sink, that it over coats and oversprays. The solution works, but you have to sop up the excess, which is excessive!!!!

We make about 70 Bundt cakes a year some with detailed patterns and this spray makes all of the difference in the world. Cook 15 mins and turn over and the cake slides out at least 95% of the time.

We bought six cans and could only use three cans because three of the caps and sprayers are broken. We didn’t notice until a few months after purchase and they were stored carefully on our baking shelves.

Throw away your Pam. This is all you need. As they say, you get what you pay for. In this case that is definitely true. I pay extra and do not regret it. Nothing has stuck using this spray. I did run out once and had to use PAM... never again.

This is the best non-stick baking spray I have ever used. It's easy, it always works, nothing ever sticks, great product. I have used it for years and it has never let me down.
