Amazing Pan, 3 Star Longevity, Amazing Customer Service
We've used the 12" version of the pan heavily for 2 years now. We cook on it almost every day, usually multiple times a day. I estimate that we've made well over 1000 meals with it, probably closer to 2000. It's the perfect pan from a performance perspective. Very nonstick. The sides are angled out and not too tall, just right for tossing food or flipping something in the air if you want to get sketchy. The handle is still very sturdy and the bottom is still perfectly flat. It's just the right thickness to not be too heavy, but it distributes heat very evenly and it feels premium. We never used it in the oven so no comment there. The longevity was a little dissapointing. At 1.5 years I started noticing the first tiny bubble of delamination. At 2 years it's now obvious that it needs to be replaced. We almost always hand washed it becuase it was so easy and never used metal utinsils on the pan. It may have gotten too hot once or twice but there was no immediate signs of damage from that. Longevity considered I would still probably give the pan 4 stars. But the customer service bumps it up to a 5. Within one day of emailing back and forth with the warrenty department I have a new one on the way. With how much we use the pan, if we can get another 2 years out of our purchase price, that's more than fair. I was initially hoping for at least 3 years. I'm very happy with my experience though, so I'll defineitely be looking for more OXO kitchenware in the future.

An Excellent Skillet
Excellent skillet, makes sauté easy. Food glides around the pan easily. A cinch to clean. Well made of quality materials.

Worth it, food glides
I do like Oxo good grips products, and this is definitely one of their better ones. Make sure to pick up a pair of the Oxo good grips tongs to go along with this pan so you don't scratch anything. Regardless of what any label, or anyone tells you, you should still use at least a tablespoon of butter or some form of oil in the pan with every use. Another tip to keeping your pan lasting really long is to never go above medium heat. It's better to stay between medium and low for most of your cooking needs. You'll still get a good sear, you'll still get that sizzle, and your food will come out delicious. I truly use this pan for everything. I've rendered down pork belly, and then thrown boiled pasta in it to make pasta carbonara. I've done ribeye steaks in here, and also make over easy eggs almost every morning. Depending on the egg size, it can hold between 6 to 10 cooked eggs and still have nice evenly spaced yolks. Which brings me to another point, cooking for a family of four, this might be the pan for you! I've also thrown frozen vegetables in here with a quarter cup of chicken broth, and this pan will cook everything evenly. It's a great product, and a true bang for the buck. You're not going to find anything that performs as well within the same price range. Also, this has all the free things about it, BPA free, pfoa free or whatever, this thing is as 2023 conscious about health is used as possible.

Excellent Egg Pan.
I am writing this because I am in the market to buy another. Amazon reminded me that the last time I purchased it was December 20, 2020. This means that with regular use, and primarily for eggs, the non-stick surface will last approximately 2 years. - less, really, as we started noticing pitting in the non-stick surface several months ago. I have to say this seems a bit disappointing to me; but my expectations the durability of non-stick pans is pretty low anyway. It is now at the point that we are finding flakes in the food, so its time to replace it (probably over due, actually). I cook a lot. This is NOT a primary pan for me, as I mostly used fully clad stainless. This pan is well built, medium weight, and heats very evenly. The construction reminds me of the black anodized Calphalon, if that helps. The overall performance as a general purpose pan is good (but the i would personally never use it for browning meat if you plan to build a fond, of course). My wife wanted a couple non-stick pans for certain things, most notable omlettes and scrambled eggs. I make egg sandwiches for my 4 yr old several times a week, and the non-stick performs so well that I can let the eggs set as you would an omlette and then fold it on itself so it stays as one "sheet" of egg. Zero stick, zero effort, zero special maintenance. I really appreciate this, and that is why Im buying another. When I noticed the pitting, I assumed that one of us had been nicking it with metal utensils. We tend to use wood or plastic with a pan like this, but every once and a while we may use metal gently to move the food and avoid contact with the surface. I assumed we may have scratched it over time, but the degradation happened persistently , so I need to believe the coating just doesn't last with regular use. Now it's to the point that you can see the material raising up like little hairs, and as mentioned, its flaking off as we cook - no bueno. I would rate this a 5 star pan for general performance at the price point. I am really disappointed in the longevity though. It probably only deserves a 3 start rating for this reason; however, my expectations for non-stick technology is pretty low already. So, I am giving it the benefit of the doubt. After all, i am back on Amazon to purchase another to replace this one. I guess its a $40 expense every 18-24 months.

I’ve been using this Oxo 10-piece cookware set every day, and I’m really impressed. They heat evenly, clean easily, and feel sturdy without being heavy. The sizes are perfect for a small family that loves cooking at home. Definitely worth it!

Looks good, but it is a replacement for another one that didn't have a lid. The current one is great, super nonstick and great to cook with. I wanted a lid so I bought a second one with lid that I will use when I need it. Now used for about 12 months, these pans last about that long. The coating is still mostly non stick but it has started to break up in places. Gets small marks or holes here and there and then coating gradually gets areas where it has little bits come away. While they last they are great though. For $60 AUD, they are cheap enough to just buy a new one each year. Love the shape and super slippy surface for as long as it lasts.

Best pan I've ever owned and have had for over 2 years. Surface still looks new. Last week my handle fell so I contacted OXO and them immediately said the would send replacement at no charge. Would give more stars if possible
