Boosts immunity!
It gives good immunity when we take it. On slight on set of cold related symptoms like sneezing / sinus, we take it and we are fine and back to normal. Gave it to my 12 yr old too. Its good

Only 40 mg of vit. C in 1 tablet
Even though the bottle says it is Vitamin C + Zinc 1000 mg, it turned out the two capsules contain only 80 mg of vitamin C sourced from Amla. Ptobably the Amla extract is 1000 mg but it is by all means intentionally misleading.

Though item has been received but validity of the same is very close to expire.
