Rainbow Light Nail, Hair and Skin Connection Food-Based Tablets, 60-Count Bottles (Pack of 2)

To be fair, I believe that the quality of the vitamins and the Contant of the nutrients being offered is probably pretty good… But because of the B vitamins they kind of smell like pee. Even though they are only in your mouth for a moment while you swallow them, they kind of taste the way I imagine pee tastes. Also, they are ginormous. I would often have to work hard to get them down because my throat did a big fat NO EFFIN WAY when I took them.

I've been taking this for several months now. Although my nails are not improved, my hair is much shinier and softer than it had been. I'm so pleased with that result, that I'll continue to take it.

My nails grow faster but I can't really tell with my hair but stylist says seems healthy but I'm not sure of it yet

Doesn't work

Me and my mom used this not enough to shout about...seemed the hair got long but no volume added.

I love Rainbow Light's women's vitamins so when I ran out of my other hair and nail vitamins I gave these a try. I don't like that you gotta take 2 but then I thought about it if for some reason I only wanted have the dose well there ya go. I have noticed a significant difference in how quickly and strong my hair is coming in, my nails are about the same, and my skin looks healthier. I love that they are food-based and that was the reason I started taking the Women's not sure what took me so long to try these but I'm glad they are my new fav!
