Light is super bright, the app to turn on both lights and set presets works perfectly.I wish the battery lasted longer, but it’s understandable because of the brightness and size of the light.

I really like this light. It does a fantastic job on the early morning starts where I'm out the door 1-2 hours before sunrise or the evening rides where I don't get home until 1-2 hours after sunset. Visibility is no issue, even on the countryside where there are no street lights and few cars. The Smart Connect feature is really great, the fact that you don't need to manually turn on both lights is extremely helpful. And, that the rear light can turn on by itself without triggering the front light, but the front light will also turn on the back light. This seems very user-friendly. The LED Ally and smart programming only allows 4 different modes. This is less than I figured, since when you first turn on the light and DON'T program anything, there are 8 modes. Now, when you connect to the app and set up programs there are only 4. Not perfect but it's okay. I run mode #1 on Overdrive/Flash1, #2 on Blast/Flash1, #3 on Enduro/Flash1, and #4 on Daytimeflash/Daytimeflash. Ideally I would have a couple other options but for my riding where I'm never really in the dark for more than 2 hours, this does the job perfectly. The daytime flashes on both front and rear make me feel much safer. The manual claims 1.5 hours at "Overdrive" mode for the front light (1000 lumens). I turned on a stopwatch and put the light in overdrive. It lasted about 1 hour 10mins in overdrive, then automatically switched to boost (500lm) for 15min, then automatically switched to enduro (250lm) for about 1.5 hours more. (about 3 hours total auto-changing but only 1hr 10mins of that was Overdrive vs 1.5 hr claimed). You can't charge this while using it. Really satisfied so far, though. And for the price it does a great job. Purchasing a front and rear separately would be a little bit over $99, so this seems like a good deal to me and I'm looking forward to using it on more rides.

I love the ability to control my lights right from my phone, and also the various levels of lighting combinations. Glad I upgraded from my previous set.

Package arrived today. Love the Headlight, it works great! However, the tail light is defective. It doesn’t turn on, it doesn’t work, it won’t charge. I need the light for safety. I will update the review once I’ve received a replacement! 09/25/2022 Update: Still have not received replacement... 10/02/2022 Update: I have received, the tail light is great, very bright. I am updating my review to 4 stars. I would buy again.

Front light works great, however rear light stopped charging after the 2nd or 3rd charge

The front light stopped working after two months. After fully charged it works for 5 minutes and then it stops working.

Compré la Lezyne Connect Smart 1000XL muy entusiasmado, ya que es mi primera luz para ciclismo y me la recomendó un amigo. Sin embargo, en mi primera rodada, la carga solo duró 1 hora, lo cual me dejó bastante decepcionado. Mi amigo tiene exactamente el mismo modelo, y a él le dura muchísimo más, por lo que me preocupa que la mía esté defectuosa. Aunque el diseño y la potencia de la luz son excelentes, la duración de la batería no cumple con mis expectativas. Espero poder resolver este problema, ya que confiaba en la marca.
