A unique and highly useful journal & habit tracker!
This is an excellent journal and resource for people wishing to track/change their habits. Presented in a black box, this book has a hard cover, two ribbon bookmarks, and it opens flat - it has a high-end, stylish look. Some of the other features of this book include: numbered pages, a one-line-per-day section, 12 habit trackers, and an inner pocket. The feature that sets this journal apart from others, is the "Habit Toolkits" in the last section. In this part, step-by-step guides are presented, to help you use the journal to it's fullest (templates for tracking your habits, methods to help you make better decisions, ideas for improving your productivity and time management, and page layouts to track your health and fitness). Although this journal is a little pricey, I think it is still an excellent resource and a good value. I recommend this product. Please mark if you find my review helpful. Thank you so much!

Great Habit Journal That Keeps Me Focused and Motivated
I recently started using the Baronfig Clear Habit Journal and it’s quickly become a standout tool in my daily routine. The size (5.4 × 7.7″) feels just right—not too bulky, but large enough to plan effectively. The clean layout makes it easy to track daily habits and reflect on goals without distraction. The build quality is excellent, and the minimalist black design gives it a professional look. If you’re serious about forming better habits and staying organized, this journal definitely delivers.

Exactly what I wanted.... on the inside.
Like the title says, EXACTLY what I've been looking for on the inside. With my plain dotted journal I did the 1-line a day, daily journaling/to-do, and habit tracking but as the journal was blank with dots I'd have to template it all myself - this journal does each of those wonderfully. I enjoy how it's laid out and I like that most of it is a plain dotted notebook, that's exactly what I was looking for. Every journal I've had that is *too structured* on the day by day pages was not to my liking. The one-star reviews that don't like this simply had incorrect expectations. BUT while it looks to be a really nice journal when you first get it, the cover fabric holds onto every fuzz and pet hair it comes in contact with. Out of the box clean it's by far the nicest looking journal I've had but after a few weeks it's just...hairy. While I do like that it has two bookmarks, they're too short and sometimes won't even stick out at the bottom. I also miss that it does not have a pen holder. All that being said, no pen holder, the ribbons are too short, and the outside fabric isn't to my liking.... it's the best journal I've found for my needs thus far and I would purchase again.

Everything you're looking for and more
I've bought and never used dozens of journals, this one's different. Great quality, excellent content, well thought-out. The quality surpasses my admitted high expectations for the $25 price point. And the content, everything from the way the they designed the habit tracker and one-line-per-day sections to the stock of the pages to the pocket in the back. All of it was thoroughly impressive. The dotted pages give you the ability to design your pages how you want, but while many journals have these they're sometimes not easily divided into thirds, halves or quarters... this journal not only evenly divides into these sections but beautifully and subtly marks where to begin drawing your line to do so. It's like it was designed by someone like me (who bought and started but never consistently used journal after journal) but who reformed and figured put exactly what they needed from a journal. I highly recommend you join or start a book club in which you read Atomic Habits and that you purchase an enjoyable quality pen so that you can get the natural motivation to regularly use this like I did. But more importantly I'm here to tell you that, yes, this is the one you've been looking for. The pen I fell in love with was: Black Forest Fountain Pen Fine Nib Classic Design with Converter by Hongdian

Great for productivity and note taking
Great material for a note book. Feels high quality. If you read the James Clear Atomic Habits book is a nice book to have to practice some of the stuff he was teaching. The main thing I like about the book is the back where you can track your habits. Once I started running out of pages I made a spreadsheet on my computer where I track my habits. I do like taking notes in the notebook as well.

PERFECT on the inside, horrible on the outside
This is the best journal on the market when it comes to functionality, it's perfect in fact! The problem is the outside, it's this strange, dust attracting, dirt grabbing material that feels and looks horrible. This journal will be the GOAT If/when they use a leather or faux leather external cover like the bullet journal and drop the current one.

Journal but not just a journal
I almost returned this cause my first thought is "it's just a journal" as most of the reviews stated but after some thought, I realized that it does have helpful tabs For example, the index tab. I can discuss something in the journal and in the index write the subject and page number. Normal journals don't have page numbers. It really helps you organize what you want from the journal. The habit marker is helpful too as I can mark what I've done and realized yesterday that the days I manage to get my exercising in, I'm more consistent in doing my physical therapy too. So stacking those habits is helpful. I feel the journal is very helpful.
