A plastic lid to retain freshness and increase user-friendliness would be awesome! If it's quality enough you'd only need to send one or two per case, moving them from can to can as needed.

It is a processed cheese. It is pretty good and melts well, and tastes like a better grade of velveeta. Not a gourmet cheese but quite good for what it is.

We bought this product by the case some time ago....maybe 10 yrs. It went rancid and we had to throw out $800 worth of no good butter. Use it immediately if purchased as it won't last forever. It was kept in a cool area. We wrote the company asking and we got no response. I assume they are having other complaints.
