I love new chapter vitamins to begin with, and these are a great addition to the "Every woman's one daily" that I already take (also new chapter). I feel a lot more energetic on days that I take these, and don't feel the need for coffee . Also, I can take them on an empty stomach and I don't feel any indigestion. So they're gentle on the tummy! I will continue to buy them from amazon , they're the best price I've seen, and great shipping !

I do recommend these vitamins. It gives me a little bit more energy through the day and has all the vitamins I need too. It’s not too much short term energy, more of a balanced sustained energy that just takes the tired edge off. I suffer from auto immune issues that zap my energy and I think these vitamins help me enjoy life more.

When I take just 2 of these in the morning I feel energy and vibrant all day long. They are food-based and so you don't even need to wait until you have a meal to take them. You won't get that vitamin "burp" if you take them without food because they assimilate like food does. I reccomend them to anyone wanted a whole food vitamin that also wants the extra boost of energy.

Perfect blend of all the essential Vitamins & minerals. I’ve taken manny vitamins over the years and this by far is the best. The directions say take 3 tablets daily but personally I think 2 is enough to get the job done and have optimal energy throughout the day. Tablets are smooth & shaped to where you can swallow it with no problems. Doesn't taste spectacular but if you down it with a liquid you can barley taste it. A bit pricey but due to the fact that its fermented & has the essentials it’s definitely worth it.

I love this product. I have ordered it twice now and really notice a difference on the days I take it and the days I don't. Usually I take only 2 of the recommended 3 doses as I noticed I get jittery with 3 tablets.It is a sustained energy for all day also!Does not upset the stomach if taken w/o food and I find I do better overall on the days I take these vitamins.

I used to use the Unbound Energy vitamins, which were twice as expensive as the Perfect Energy, and I cant tell a difference. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing. I don't know how people can say that they feel all energized and rejuvenated when they take these tablets after few days. Somebody please explain to me what am I supposed to feel. I am 28 years old, athletic, and healthy. I eat healthy, sleep well, exercise 1-2-3 times a week, and I work long hours. I feel the same way I felt the last 10 years. These vitamins made NO difference in my energy levels. I still take them, hoping they have something to do with my energy levels not changing to worse. I hope that my body gets some vitamins and minerals from them that I otherwise wouldn't get from foods. So I take them. As far as all this talk about super perfect energy boosts from these vitamins I think its all B.S. I still think they are better than many other vitamins out there who are made from crap and fake materials and other God knows what ingredients. I will stick with organics. Hopefully this helps someone :)

Absolutely love this product! You can't beat this company, sustainable & biodynamic farming practices, cultured on whole organic foods. This vitamin gives you sustained energy over the entire day. No jittery feeling. Can be taken on an empty stomach without upset. Bottle recommends 3 daily, I take 2 & it works beautifully.My all time favorite multi-vitamin.

I was excited to try this product, having had great results with all other New Chapter products I've tried. But, for the second month in a row, my Subscribe & Save order is showing this item is out of stock. There is also a note on the item that says it is out of stock. Amazon, you should remove this from the Subscribe & Save items. I am now having to pay full price for a one-month supply of another New Chapter supplement from Amazon, until my next S&S order ships in October. This "review" is really more of a customer service complaint, but Amazon doesn't offer any other way of communicating this kind of customer service issue, that I could find.
