I guess if you like washing your jewelry in a dish washer then you will like this item. I was very disatisfied with this item. I have to say it was my fault for not understanding how you use this item. I wouuld not purchase this item again because i like my jewelry to shine. The reason i give this item a 5 star rating is because it does let you wash your jewelry in your dish washer. I could do the same thing with a tooth brush, dawn dish soap and a container of water. Hope you won't be as disatisfied as i am with this item.

This is a complete waste of money. I can clean my jewelry in the shower with a toothbrush!

It is OK for rings and earrings - cleaned them - but as another reviewer noted - segments of delicate necklaces slip through the small holes and it can kink the necklace - very poor design on the bottom holes - they are just big enough to let parts of the necklace slip through - not worth this risk of damage for the price.

Not sure about this company. They sent information with the system for a free months supply of the cleaning solution and it's been three months and no solution. They wanted my credit card number for future solution. Never heard a thing. The unit is very small and can only be used when you use the dish washer. Not a good purchase. Save your money.

Great gift

This is a treasure. Who would think of washing jewelry in the dishwasher?, but it works. It really makes diamonds sparkle. It also cleans gold well. Silver needs an extra buff when it comes out.

Not super excited. Will likely return for the price I paid. I didn't see any difference than using glass cleaner and a toothbrush. After hearing the commercial I thought there would be a huge difference, like after getting it cleaned at the jewelry store, but no.

I actually use the jeweler who created this. It does a fantastic job and is easy to use.
