Nice product
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this item or if it would really make much of a difference in my bath. After initial use, I felt that it added an extra level of comfort helping to further ease my tense muscles than without it.

I’m not very happy with this item
Very scratchy and no support for my back. I was really hoping this would my my baths more enjoyable. It keeps slipping too. Having a hard time keepin it in place. I’m not very happy with this item.

I like it very much but it got mildew right away
I kind of feel like giving it less than 3 stars because i can't use it, I have already bought replacements. i'm giving it 3 stars because i really like the comfort of it and i very much like the movable/removable cushion which i have been using behind my neck, perfect size to support my neck, and it's a good size, shape and thickness for the kind of edge my tub has, very comfortable, i like the material,cloth-like, it's 100% polyester. But the material, to me, is cloth like and nice texture for my skin. I got this because i wanted to get a QuiltedAir BathBed bath pillow but they were unavailable for a pretty long time (both from Amazon and from the company that sells it), they are 50 inches long and i wanted something to cover the floor of the tub. This Home Spa Lumbar Cushion was the next longest one i could find on Amazon. A doctor had recommended that i take bleach baths for eczema, that's why i was shopping for something like this. i had not taken baths since i was a little kid when my mom used to give me a bath. Once i learned how to use a shower, i never looked back. i didn't welcome the idea of taking baths, but i was desperate so i was trying to prepare to do it. Sitting on the hard floor of the bathtub was out of the question. i also didn't like the idea of bathing in bleach. So, i ended up not using this for a long time after i got it, which was a year ago. I only just started using it 2-3 weeks ago. i put it off because i didn't like the bleach idea and i didn't like the bath idea. Recently, i saw a new doctor who is into alternatives to regular medicine, along with regular medicine, and he recommended baths in Dead Sea salt, which sounded less toxic and harsh than bleach. Meanwhile, last December, Amazon got the QuiltedAir BathBed in stock, so i got one of those at that time and have had both of these since about a year ago. I started using both of them about 2 1/2 weeks ago, taking a bath about every other day. i use them both because the QuiltedAir pillow is thinner (though very comfortable, i wouldn't hesitate to use it as a stand alone cushion) and given the nature of my tub, i wanted more padding behind my neck, so i put this Home Spa cushion behind my head where my neck goes, and i have put the QuiltedAir over it but with the movable cushion from the Home Spa cushion uncovered, at the top edge. The suction cups on both of them work well. I very quickly came to love the baths on the first day, i wanted to take another one that same day. The people at the Dead Sea salt company customer service said don't take it more than every two days. i was disappointed, i like it a lot and part of the reason is the comfort assistance i get from the Home Spay cushion. After the bath, i rinse off with the shower, so i roll up each of the cushions and put them next to each other in the bathroom sink. After the bath, i have forgotten about them and left them in the sink until late when i put a drying rack in the backyard and put them on it. The humidity has been almost nonexistent where i live lately, under 10%, so both cushions dried by sometime the next day, i think. i didn't check them because i had wait another day for my next bath anyway, so i left them out in the fresh air. I have a big humidifier in the house. By the second or third bath, i noticed a strong mildew smell. When i checked, it was coming from the Home Spa cushion. It was not coming from the QuiltedAir, even though they were both kept side by side in the sink for many hours and then next to each other on the drying rack for a couple of days. I continued using them both together. i don't know much about baths or mildew so i don't know if that was unhealthy for me to expose myself to mildew, but Dead Sea salts kills probably most things like that so i took my chances. But i have not been happy about it. If i didn't like the comfort of the cushion so much, i wouldn't be using it, but i have bought something else now to replace it (a smaller cushion made by QuiltedAir), it will be delivered tomorrow, bath day. I may have been able to clean the mildew and its smell out of the cushion, i'm not knowledgeable or very experienced cleaning things. I am not throwing it away but it's going into the garage. I do like it very much but mildew smell is a deal breaker. Both of them have tags that say 100% polyester. I guess the QuiltedAir was treated with some anti-mold stuff? i don't know. And, it can easily be put in the washing machine, i washed it today for the first time, it has a laundry bag to put it in, while the Home Spa cushion must be hand washed. it doesn't seem like it would be hard to hand wash it, but i never buy things that have to be handwashed so i'm not experienced with it. i plan to try it. Pros - Good length, it can generously support the body from the butt to the neck, and more, of a medium sized person, maybe larger. Suction cups work fine (but only if i wet them a little bit first, like any other suction cups) It's the only bath cushion i have seen (and i think i've looked at them all on Amazon) that has a removable cushion that can be placed wherever desired Nice cloth-like material, i like the feel of it, it's a kind of weave. Cons - quickly developed a persistent mildew smell when another cushion did not under same conditions must be hand washed

OK
It works pretty well. The only hassle is it's big and you have to hang to dry it and it drips for a while.

Great For Soaks
Adjustability of this product is great. My husband is 5'11" and I am 5'4". Both of us have no problem adjusting for our anatomy. Little tricky trying to drain the water out of it after each bath. You're supposed to wash it between uses. I only do it once in a while in Woolite myself. I just take care to rinse out well & drain til dry after I use (Not sure if my husband time LOL!). Using it for a little while now and it is holding up nicely. I do recommend if you'd like to soak in a tub.

It is not worth the money.
This was so flimsy and the suction cups do stick under any circumstances. Should return for refund. It is not worth the money.

Back support does not stay in place. Uncomfortable to sit on. Not wide enough to attach to the smooth part of my tub so it does remain in place.

The material of the bath pad makes me itch so I do not use it. I bought this item a) excellent price and b) lumber cushion. I needed the lower back lumber cushion and as this is adjustable and waterproof it is ideal for my requirements.

I was so thankful i found this lumbar cushion as i have a back problem and watch the video and it sounds so amazing, but beware it's just a misleading advertisement in you tube????the back cushion can't even support my back in the bath tub. How i wish i tried it first without water in the bath tub so i can return the item.

The price was good. It drains and dries quickly. It's not a luxury model bit for what I paid it's good.
