This is what we want hornby a reasonable coach for a sensible price not era mad pensioners streaming their and your passions and making the amateurs pay thru the nose for a hobby that they cannot afford in the real world they are subject to, if u think plastic kids toys can take the place of big boys toys you have got it wrong and so have the people who buy them, rant over, buy these they run and look the part and enjoy.

Super fast delivery and well packaged just in plenty of time for Christmas the detail on the Coaches are fantastic and will look great once on the tracks.

Thease are great but very expensive for what they are!

Bought it to go with a Flying Scotsman set. For the price the coach is well detailed and a credible teak effect. The coach runs well and IT am very pleased with it.

I wanted to put my Hornby Flying Scotsman on display and wanted a coach to go with it and this railroad teak coach is perfect.

This Teak brake coach arrived on time,at my Kent network.This is now part of The History of my Flying Scotsman. A very good model to look at and have in my railway collection that's still growing./

I picked up a few of these as part of a project to add more coaching stock to my collection of LNER coaches. The models arrived safe and sound with no issues. Now I know that these models have been criticized for their lack of detail and the finish looking nothing like a proper Gresley coach. However, they run extremely well, even through right point work, are easy to work with, and have metal wheels out of the gate! I see them as a great starting point for any young modeler and for the more experienced, a stepping stone to something more. I took mine and used a few different techniques in order to to achieve a better teak effect, fitted and painted disc wheels, painted the under frames and did smoke staining. While not an exact replica of the real things, it was a massive glow up for the models and makes them look a lot better. This is the really great thing about them. They are very easy to disassemble and do things like this with them. This was all done with brushes and with no heart ache from the model itself. It's a great model for helping people who want to try to modify anything for the first time and a fun project for those who want to test themselves and see if they can make them more. Sometimes, the cheaper option.os just more fun.

Bought this passenger to add onto scotsman set.the set comes with three passenger cars,but four cars looks a lot nicer rolling on the track.if anyone is looking to purchase scotsman set, I recommend buying the extra car.you'll be glad you did.detailed inside and out.
