This helped my milk supply significantly. When mixed well, it does don’t have any taste. Worth the money. I used it for both my kids while I was on my nursing journey and it worked wonders.

Good supplement for chickens
We bought as a supplement for our chickens egg laying, not a bad product provides extra nutrients for our hens

For cat
I put this in a salt shaker and dust it on my cats food cause she loves the umami. She won’t eat a meal without her “special sauce” lol. It has vitamins that are beneficial as well. I discovered she loved this when I bought it and ahe destroyed the bag to eat it, which she never does. After enoufh research I found it can be beneficial for cats

This thing is wonderful, it bakes really well, no funny flavor, and is healthy! I use it for lactation cookies for my friends and they love them!

Great product; not so great taste
To make my own lactation treats, I got quite a few special ingredients. This brewers yeast is very easy to work with and definitely helps, but beware - it tastes like feet (I haven’t tasted feet, but let’s just say it tastes like what I think feet would taste like). In good news, that taste can be masked, so you’re good to go!
