BLACK+DECKER MX3200B 6-Speed Hand Mixer with Turbo Boost, Black

The media could not be loaded. This is a good starter mixer for me. I just moved and my old mixer is broken. I need extra help during this Holliday season for pancakes and baking.PROSIt’s easy to cleanIt fits everywhere. I love it comes with a storage box.The stainless steel beaters are easy to remove but also attach good.It does come with 2 types of beaters and 1 whisk.It has a good and comfortable presentation.Ideal for regular home use (2-3 per week). Definitely not design for heavy loads. It’s for small cooking and baking.It has 6 different speeds.CONSIt’s noisy.In the higher speeds it shakes a lot.It’s not ideally ergonomic. I will have to use a thick piece of cloth for my hands when I use it after speed 2 or after a few minutes.

We received this BLACK+DECKER 6-Speed Hand Mixer with 5 Attachments & Storage Case, MX3200B a couple of days ago to replace a c. 40(!)-year-old General Electric Model D1M20 (Made in U.S.A and it still works after a fashion!). We replaced that old one because my wife said, "It's time." (But we're keeping the GE "just in case.")She has used this new B+D one twice now and she says that it works better than that old one ever did, even when it was new.The unit functions extremely well and just today, on her second use of it, she was able to make some of her absolutely delicious sugar-free coconut macaroons very quickly, much more quickly than with the old mixer.The adjustable speeds are very good and the motor appears to be well-made and powerful.The many attachments are a bonus and a real advantage. She never had so many beaters before.The beautiful case is "icing on the cake." (We've always kept that old GE mixer in its [now-ratty] original cardboard box.)Now WE won't get 40 years out of this hand mixer; we're pretty certain that neither of US will be around in 40 years. But it looks to be made very well and every function works perfectly. Its Eject button (something that not every hand mixer has - certainly her old one didn't have one) works easily and perfectly too. I believe that, given reasonable care, this unit will last for a very long time.Therefore, in both our opinions, at its very low price, this BLACK+DECKER 6-Speed Hand Mixer with 5 Attachments & Storage Case, MX3200B represents very good value for money and both my wife and I can very highly recommend it.Thank you for reading this.Lawrence H. This is my 3rd Black and Decker mixer and my least favorite of the 3 I have owned in the past. The other 2 lasted for many years. The Black and Decker brand mixer is sturdy and has excellent speed and multiple choices for speed. I don't care for the mixer blade release on this one, which is pushing down on the speed button, and I have accidently turned the mixer on a few times while trying to push the button to release the blades. This one did come with a nice storage case. The mixer is light weight and I purchased the black color. Overall it's a great mixer and good speed but I would prefer a separate button for the mixer blade release.

I'm impressed by the quality of the mixer. So glad it has a boost on it. Glad it has its own storage too. Mixing git a whole ton better with this mixer.

Very handy... No need to drag out the big mixer for an easy mix job...Does a good job on cake mixes, ect...Storage a breeze...

I don't understand Black & Decker. The box indicates that I got the MX3200B, but the picture on the box is not the same as the one on Amazon's website. Then I looked at pictures in the reviews and it appears that some people got beveled beaters, and some got straight beaters. Amazon pictures the beveled beaters which is why I purchased it because I wanted to satisfy my curiosity on that beveled beaters are better than straight beaters. Why wouldn't B&D just call one MX3200B and the other MX3200C?The mixer seems to work fine. The hinges to the carry case were severed; it's not a big deal since we don't typically travel with the mixer.
