I initially had a problem with the right ear piece as it was no longer keeping the connection, it would start and then un-pair by itself. Never figures out why even after resetting it multiple times. The left piece was no problem. The vendor replaced it with no issues.The product itself works but you have to rely on the phone's (or whatever you are connect to) equalizer (it would be great if there was an app to equalize the sound on the ear pieces themselves). Otherwise the sound appears to get more than loud enough for me but wish I could add more bass to it - sometimes readjusting it in my ears would help.The main issue I have with this product is that I connect mostly to my Android-based phone and I've found that whenever I put it in my coat or pants pocket the ear pieces would cut in and out for no obvious problem. I have no idea what is causing the interference. I thought it was a problem with my local music as I did not have the problem as often with a streaming service but the problem does crop up in any audio. That's my main beef - I have to keep it in my hand while walking around so I can listen without interruption. I also wonder if it could be the fibers in my coat that could be disrupting the connection. I will try it out at the gym when I'm only wearing a tshirt and shorts.

Initially I purchased this product, and a part fell off. I wrote a review (not trying to trash) but simply explaining. I thought I would mention, when it was posted, I was contacted by the company. They offered to replace the product free of charge. I thought that was quite remarkable, given the lack of customer service we get these day. In short, seems like a great company to do business with. As far as the product goes, all I can tell you this is the only time I bought a product like this. The price is remarkable compared to Apples, but I have not used, so I have no frame of reference. I do know that Apple products are expensive. I think the quality of this product is great. It is great for talking on the phone too. While I have had it for a short time, so far I am pleased. I also like using the buds for listening to the TV. I don't know if they would stay in if you are working out, specifically running, but have not tried. I like the fact that these are wireless, and you don't have to fumble with the wires getting caught on clothing or making the earphones dislodge. In closing I would recommended the product to a friend, and by the way, the company itself is first class in terms of its service.

The first thing I noticed about these earbuds was the sound quality. Crystal clear. I was replacing a pair of earbuds that had a hum I'd gotten used to. I was so happy to discover I would never hear that humming again!My first test of these earbuds was to watch some training videos on Apple TV. I was able to use one earbud at a time, while the other was in the charger, which is a great feature for extending battery life when both left and right are not needed. I thought I would get half way through and switch from left to right, but was shocked to realize I'd listened to nearly four hours before I ran out of video to listen to. I re-watched some of the content and got to the four hour mark before a voice in my ear told me it was time to charge. Not an obnoxious alarm, but a pleasant human voice!After recharging the buds, my next test was listening to music. This time, I was connected to my iPhone. And I was using both earbuds. Again, the sound quality was perfect. I listened to an Apple Music radio station (Latin Jazz) and I was able to listen for three hours fifty-nine minutes before I got the low battery warning.After another recharge, I made sure that I could use the iPhone's Voice Memos application to record sound from the microphone. The sound quality was excellent.For a final test, I connected the earbuds to my Macbook Pro and used the Zoom application to check my audio settings. Sound quality again was excellent.I'm very pleased with these earbuds - very happy to have found them!!.

These headphones are great! A few points stood out:* The packaging was very nice and looked clean. The earbud case was wrapped in a protective wrapping and there was no evidence of scuffing. The earbuds themselves had a smaller piece of protective wrapping, again nice attention to detail.* The start up instructions were very easy to follow to start and pair the device* Connecting was very easy and switching from devices was not complicated (i.e. switching from my iPhone X to my iPad Pro and back to my iPhone X). This is a small feature other Bluetooth earbuds sometimes struggle with.* The sound quality was great. I’ve listened to music and spoke on the phone using the earbuds and had no issues!* Functions that you can control with the side buttons were simple and straight froward. Each earbud has buttons that perform individual functions that are outlined in the manual. Again another small detail that impacts the quality of the product.* The battery life is shown on the connected device which was convenient. The charging time was not long at all.* The size of the earbuds were a good fit as they are made out of plastic. The charging case is only a bit bigger than an AirPod case.In all, I am very happy with this product! I feel that these earbuds are amazing quality.

As many of us do, we lose these things. That's why we look for decent quality knock-offs right? Well that what you get, but it's a roll of the dice. Sometimes you get buds with top quality sounds including bass, excellent live time and battery longevity (5 Stars every category) , but the next set you buy produces low quality low volume and fuzzy sound (1 star all around). That's the reason I give it three stars instead of 5 or 1. I continue to buy these because it's worth the dice roll to save about $80 per pair. Just know, that you might get a piece of junk from time to time and you'll need to try roll the dice a second time. Overall worth it.Would I recommend these to a friend, yes but with the caveat that you might have to buy a second pair if the first end up being bad.
