This is a great product if you'd like a natural way to fall asleep.

This supplement has helped me get a good night’s sleep for more than five years.

I actually use this to help with anxiety. My job gets really stressful and this supplement really helps to calm me down and focus on one thing at a time. It actually doesn’t make me sleepy, just calm. I struggle with chronic fatigue so it’s weird that a supplement meant for sleep would help me stay awake and focused during the day, but it really does. If I take it before bed, I do fall asleep faster because my mind isn’t racing. It has never made me feel drowsy or foggy when I wake up. So it’s helpful during the day and/or before bed.

Love the Kavinace. It’s a perfect blend of l’theanine, selenium and melatonin which delivers restful sleep without a groggy morning.

I knew this product was different than the original kavinace pm when I ordered it but wanted to try it just in case it had similar sleep effects. Unfortunately it did not put me to sleep or help make me tired. Super bummed. I gave 3 stars because I have not used it long enough to rate it properly. I just know it’s not putting me to sleep.

It takes the edge off without making me feel drowsy. Perfect for stressful days at work.
