I purchased some 8/0 hooks for live-lining Spots for Stripe Bass in the summer on the Chesapeake Bay. These hooks are great for this purpose as they are very strong and thin.I also purchase some #4 hooks for catching the Spots for live-lining. I have not used the #4 yet but 20lb mono fits well through the eye as I make my own high-low rigs.

Perfect short shank hook for "easily" spoked Bluefin Tuna! Hook stays nice and tight next to bait. Round design helps with hookups, opposed to oval shaped hooks. If it was "offset" it would change to 6 star rating!

It works fine for panfish, and like all circle hooks, they almost always are hooked in the corner of the mouth. This makes it very easy to release the fish without excessive harm. The only problem I encountered was the shank could be a tad longer. It was difficult to hook a minnow on it due to the short shank.

Bent a couple other brands pulling out some carp, these have held up well!!

Way over priced and shipping cost outrageous!

They are fishing hooks, so they are pretty basic. They are strong, very sharp, and held up well to 2 weeks of saltwater fishing. The circle design helped with ensuring good hook ups and reduced gut hooking the fish. Excellent product, and will stock up again.

Haven’t used them yet so I may change the review.Remember: there is no size standard. #4 Aberdeen hooks are muarger than these tiny hooks.

Work really well. Almost set by themselves.
