Mandala Atletica Premium Pilates Yoga Mat 1/4-Inch (6mm)

I have purchased this yoga mat 3 months ago, so now can give a fair review after using it 3 times a week.Colours are exactly as described, thickness is perfect.I doubt you can find fully non-slip mat... be realistic... but this mat does the trick for me, much better then other mats i had for $15-25. I would definitely recommend spending extra and buying this mat. After all this time, it still looks like newThank you Mandala Atletica, i will be back for more

This is a beautiful yoga mat! I have used a number of different brands and mats in the past and this one is far superior. I did not slip at all - some reports indicate that people lost their grip - I did not. The colors are vivid and the patter is unique and fun. Worth the money - would buy again.

The designs and colors of this yoga mat are absolutely beautiful! I was looking for something unique and this product definitely met my requirements. The thickness and size are as expected and the material provides a non-slip surface even if I sweat.I was hesitant to purchase it because of the few reviews. Nevertheless, I took the risk. I can now confirm that the mats colors are vibrant as shown in the images and the product is aligned with the description. Check out my photos!I would absolutely recommend this Yoga Mat!

Thick long mat. Perfect for what I wanted. Love the design. I started doing planks at home for exercise, and have done yoga in the past, and realized my floor was not the best thing for it LOL. So I got this specifically for that. I love it. I do my planks mixed with some yoga stretches and other poses that help build core muscles. This is thicker than most mats I've seen my friends with. It's very comfortable.

October Update: I have to compliment Mandela Atletica on their customer service. They were very professional in trying to rectify my issues with my first mat. I received a new mat which is the Mantra design and it came in great condition. No cuts in the mat or anything like I received with the first one. The mat still bleeds when I clean it but that stops after a while just like I mentioned in my July update. The material is still the same and the issue with slipping when holding a pose like downward facing dog persist. So I invested in some yoga non-slip socks since this seems to be a common issue with yoga mats in general.July Update: It seems the bleeding stops after awhile. So when cleaning the mat in the beginning the bleeding will be heavy but after a while it will stop bleeding as much and then eventually stop. The design and color is still present. For me it was two weeks straight of cleaning before or after yoga.The Mandala Athletic yoga mat is quite beautiful and comfortable. I ordered the Baddha style after deciding to upgrade to a better mat. I wanted a mat with a little more thickness and length. I was planning on buying a Manduka but settled on this product since it offered the same things for nearly half the price in addition to being eye catching. Now you're probably wondering why I gave it a two star rating. Well I wasn't sure how to rate the item exactly. I do think it's a nice mat but not for the price with the issues I encountered. The issues are that the product bleeds, it's slippery, and it indents easily.1.) The mat bleeds (picture included). It hasn't bled on my clothes (yet) but it does when cleaning it. At first I wasn't sure if it was my mat cleaner which is organic. So I tried again the following day after workout with the mat cleaning towel dampened with water and the same thing happened. So it looks like the lovely dark sage green color won't be lasting long unless I refrain from cleaning my mat every day.2.) It is not non-slip unless they meant that the mat won't be slipping on the floor. I don't sweat when doing yoga besides the small amount of perspiration you get on your hands and feet from having them on the mat for a couple of minutes. With that said my hands and feet would start sliding across the mat if I held a pose longer then 30 seconds.3.) The foamy material doesn't really bother me that much but you should know it kinda acts like memory foam. Whatever weight you put on it will take it's form. So if you kneel on it the indentation will be there for a minute or two before going back to it's original form.Side note: I doubt this will happen to everyone but when I removed the mat from the shipping box I noticed a tear in the plastic used to protect the mat. Under that tear was a cut in the mat (picture included). Not sure if this was a product defect or a packaging issue on Amazons part but you should definitely check out the mat once you receive it.

Ok, so I've been through several different brands of mats, and I finally decided to take the plunge and splurge on this one. I bought the agama style - very cute and fun at the same time. Colors are just as shown in the pictures!I love that this mat really retains its stickiness! I have made it through a dozen hot vinyasa/sculpt/power yoga classes absolutely dripping in sweat and haven't slipped AT ALL. The 6mm provided is very good padding for arm balances and headstands. Do yourself a favor and buy this mat!

My girlfriend really loves it, and everyone in her yoga class asks about it! It's aesthetically pleasing and is an ideal thickness.

I absolutely love this mat! It's textured perfectly and the colors are bright and beautiful. The thickness is perfect for everyday yoga and stretching. Definitely worth the 5 stars
