I've always had our accountant do this for us, and although this paper is expensive, I was able to easily print them ourselves from Quickbooks and save $$$. I only needed about 15, but it was still worth the cost. Looks the same as what our accountant has sent out in the past. Will do this again next year. The envelopes included in this package were not 4-Up envelopes, but unfortunately I didn't realize that until attempting to insert W-2s and the address windows did not align. I think they were for one to a page, 4 part W-2s. I bought the package to ensure that I would have everything needed and wound up having to run to a store to buy the correct envelopes in order to get them mailed that day. The forms were correct and worked great with QuickBooks, but it's weird the envelopes were incorrect since they all come in one sealed package. Disappointed.

First of all - the packaging was awful, the pages were all bent and wouldn't go through the printer. Secondly as others have mentioned, the envelopes do not line up correctly. Shows Wages in the return address opening and the employee name and address are half covered up.Very bummed.

Bought these so I could print the forms and stuff into the envelopes but the envelope window doesn't sit on the right spot on the W2 form that was included! DONT BUY

I've printed my first round of W2's for clients and the form doesn't print correctly. I have to tape it and then I can still see sensitive information. I will have to purchase something else.
