Nature's Sunshine Seasonal Allergy, 180 VegiTablets

I am going to give this 5 stars only because I have used this product in a capsule and it does seem to work well. However, I have trouble with taking capsules, so I ordered these when I saw that they contained the same active ingredients. But there was no picture of the back of the bottle, and when they came, I discovered they have cellulose in them; I am allergic to cellulose, so I could not take them (I have already opened them up). I do wish Amazon would include the ingredient labels for all of their supplements. I have to pass on so many supplements because I do not know what is in some of them.

I have used Nature's Sunshine ALJ since 1996 with great success! I used to have terrible allergies, and was on allergy medication and eye drops and absolutely miserable. My doctor told me I need to start taking allergy shots for relief. I tried this instead. After 2 weeks on ALJ, I noticed a marked improvement in my allergy symptoms. After about 4 weeks, I was completely off all allergy medications. I have been using ALJ ever since, and do not need to use any over-the-counter or prescription allergy medication. Start with the recommended dosage (which is high) until you get your allergies under control, then you can reduce the amount of capsules you take. I now only take it during peak pollen season for a few days, and then I'm done. Amazing product!

I get these every winter to give to my son. He has had problems with coughing ever since he was a baby. Dusty places and cold weather often triggers a long-lasting cough. If I give him nothing but cough drops and cough syrup, he will keep on coughing for many weeks,sometimes until warm weather returns. It's very worrisome to me to hear him coughing all the time. If I give him ALJ, it seems to bring his cough to an end within a week or two. And if I give him the ALJ as soon as I hear that first coughing fit, it often stops the cough in a day or two. I don't like to be without this, especially in the winter.Sometimes I buy directly from Nature's Sunshine website. I like some of their other products as well, and if I buy several items at once, I get free shipping from them.

I have been using this since grade school. I prefer the liquid version but the pills are more cost effective.. I have asthma and seasonal allergies and this plus cutting out dairy of my diet have made a difference for me.

I absolutely love this product as it’s been a healer for my sinus infections. My issues is that I ordered 180 capsule bottle and I got 100. I even paid more knowing that I was supposed to get more and I did not.

Works great for allergy sufferers. I have taken this since I was a child. A+ Natures Sunshine products are truly great!

This is a great product and significantly helps my wife with her seasonal allergies. Taking 1 at night even helps for the entire next day!
