CR1700 Electric Callus Remover

Easy to use. 2 speeds. Works better than any other pumice stone/foot peel/foot file. Literally makes my feet feel like brand new! I have awful hard and dry skin on my heels and balls of my feet and this is the only product that removes it all. Be careful as it is a file! I would recommend and buy again if this was to break. I've written this review after a year of use so it's a true reflection of my personal experience. Worth every penny and saved my lots of money on salon pedicures.

The first CR1700 was faulty and would stop/turn off even without touching the skin if it was held at certain angles, even with a full recommended charge. Contacted Own Harmony and they sent a replacement and not only does it charge as it should per instructions, but it works at any angle without turning off. Own Harmony offer a free 2 year warranty with the product and their Customer Care/Service is amazing, they went above and beyond to help and even checked back later to see how I was getting on with the product. They really do care about their customers, even those "Across the pond" It charges pretty quickly after the first recommended 3 hours, you can use a basic mobile phone USB mains plug so no need to buy anything fancy. The heads are pretty rough, even the fine grit, which work great on hard calloused areas with ease without additional pressure, unlike some other brands. Just glide it over the skin and the grit roller does all of the work! The shape of the grit roller is ideal to get to the sides of toes and even in between with a little assistance if need be.

I have received my callus remover today, charged it and used it. All seems to be good. Thank you so much for your prompt service. I hope that it will continue to work for years to come.

Update on a previous post. Item worked fine when purchased in January, but now 3 months later the thing packs up after 5 minutes on low or 3 minutes on High speed. When first purchased it would work for a good 15-20 minutes. Otherwise a great device. Easy to use and hold and because it is open ended you can get into those awkward spots. Pity about the battery life 😢 2ND REVEIW. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. HASN'T LASTED 6 MONTHS, AND NOW IT DOESN'T CHARGE AT ALL. UNABLE TO CONTACT SELLER, SO FORGET THE SO CALL 12 MONTHS WARRANTY THESE THINGS ARE SURPOSE TO HAVE. MY ADVICE, IF YOU HAVE THE ELBOW GREASE BUY A PEDEGG.☹️

That's absolutely brilliant at getting rid of the callous on my foot.which frequently comes on the base of the big toe.& Until I get rid of the hard skin it makes it rather sore.. this helps a lot in making it easier.and more comfortable.

I bought this in 2022 and have used it regularly since and it has been pretty much the best one I have tried however my reason for the 3 stars only, yesterday I went to use it and it had run out of charge so I plugged it in to charge overnight. In the middle of the night I was woken up by a noise which when I turned on the light, realised that this file was running. I went to pick it up and it was so hot to the touch that I initially dropped it. I could see a dent in the casing where I think it had started to melt from inside and I ended up having to run it under the cold water tap to cool it down! Thank god it started whirring else it could have started a fire. Needless to say, it no longer works and is in the bin.

Omg! This is absolutely amazing! Charges very quickly and works like a dream getting rid of all the hard skin. Very easy to use too. I'm at a loss as to why I hadn't ordered this before now!

After really struggling for years with a well known 'Egg' pedicure foot file which boasts 'Leaves your feet looking and feeling baby soft and smooth' (It doesn't it rips your skin to shreds) I have found a far superior product in Own Harmony's CR1700 electric callus remover. It turns a tedious chore into a pleasurable task with ease. I have attached a small snippet of video showing me using it for the first time and was so impressed I thought I'd share it with you. Buy it you will be happily impressed with the results. One thing I would have liked included is a storage pouch of some sort but overall a 5 star product.

Great product, my wife enjoys it a lot, it did break down within about 3 months but the warranty people were amazing, extremely quick to respond. After a couple of quick questions (email exchange) they arranged for a new one to be shipped out by Amazon. Start to finish we had a new one in less than a week. they even followed up to make sure it was received and we were happy.
