Just did not work for me
At first use I liked this product, it seemed to do what it was supposed to, I figured I'd get the hang of it. After many uses I realized it wasn't what I'd hoped for. I just couldn't get decent results. One big problem was that it would not close all the way and so my hair would slip right through, it has something similar to teeth that grab the hair, but for some reason, it did not close straight, the teeth did not close together but lobsided, (if that makes sense, it's hard to explain) So I would have to do it over again. I just could not get the results and it became time consuming & frustrating. It's a good idea and may work for some, but was a fail for me, so I ended up getting a new very shorthair cut. I am swearing off these products!

Curls are cute
I have naturally curly hair. So I have to use my regular straightener before using this. This doesn’t get hot enough. The little teeth also pull my hair when trying to put curls in it. However the curls are super cute and hold up well.

Didn't curl my hair
It straightened my hair but I bought it for the curling aspect and it didn't curl it at all. The most it would do is a slight flip at the end. The grooved edges seemed to prevent a smooth glide- maybe that's part of the reason why..? I'm going to return it :(

Takes too long.
It takes forever to curl my hair with this. I have VERY long, thick hair and I have to do small sections and go really slow. I wish I'd gotten a wand instead.

Decent
The design is cool but i didn’t like the fact that it left lines in my hair. The plates don’t slide as smoothly as i would have liked. Overall pretty decent curl.

I like it but it definitely takes practice to use
I like the product I wish it was a little easier to use. For instance I would straighten my hair when i was actually trying to curl it..... It is all in the operator technique. Unlike a curling iron when you are guaranteed an actual curl. I will say this, I am a mother of three and if I'm in a hurry and just want a quick fix and it's ok if it doesnt look perfect. So yes it is perfect for that, it definitely takes quite a bit of practice it IS NOT something you can just pick up and think you are going to have amazing curls.

Great for straightening
It works great for straightening, not so good for curling, if you have thin hair that doesn’t hold a curl well. My hair is long, heavy and thin (as far as individual strands go). One thing I love is the temperature control is on the bottom, you just twist it.

Nope 👎🏼
So this product could be better.....it makes my hair have a lot of fly always and kinda natty because the little groves almost like brushes ur hair when you curl/straighten it. If it didn’t have the groves I’d like it better! And the worst part is it’s so hard to turn on literally have to press the button (which is in a very awkward and hard to reach place) for like 30-45 seconds hard or else it won’t turn on! I will be returning this item.
