Works perfectly. Does like they said. The instance I turned my car on after leaving my battery disconnected over night ( like the instruction said to) I felt the idal of the car go down and the gear shift are now so smooth you don't even feel them. Like said some of the aspects of what the chip does can take up to a week to kick in. That part is true. The number of horse power depending your car and what you have done will kick in. You just have to know how your car preforms in order to feel it. Really good for the price and really quick installation. My car is a 2003 Toyota Celica 1.8. With a rebuilt engine and racing transmission. I also have a custom exhaust and a cold air in intake.

The install went awesome on my '97 celica GT. It had a noticeable effect on my throttle response and power through the entire RPM band. Still too soon to say how it did on gas mileage, but a good upgrade for a daily driver car.

Great product that "DELIVERS" on its promise! I know that most people are skeptical of these types of things as you very well should be. Most of these type "racing chips" on the market are scams. Nothing but a cheap, small back-wired capacitor slapped in a case and dubbed as a "racing chip". This performance chip is different. Before I buy anything like this I do a bit if research on the company and the product. My research on this company and chip definitely aided me in my decision to go ahead and buy it. Unlike other similar and sometimes more expensive chips, this chip is professionally packaged and comes with an informative instruction booklet. The chip itself is encased in a super protective steel casing and the connection wires are jacketed in a tightly braided guard sleeve. Just like other similar chips, the connection wires are incorporated into your IAT sensor wires via a very safe tie in wafer. Although the installation process is similar to other chips... This particular chip works wonders! At first I was skeptical as I did not see results until a week after I installed it. During that first week my ECU was making adjustments accordingly (just as the information booklet suggested). At first I noticed little things like improved gas milage and a slightly higher RPM idle. I began to experience drastic changes about 10 days after installation... Changes like increased torque, better pick-up, quicker take-offs and launches and different shift points. Although I have never dyno tested my car, I know my car... And the before and after is astounding. Aside from this chip I also have a number of bolt-on performance parts that I installed months before I got the chip. I purchased the chip to "enhance" my bolt-ons as my stock ECU just wasn't doing the trick. My bolt-ons are nothing major... Just a cold air intake, full racing exhaust and header, cam gears and under drive pulleys. I have also removed my ac and power steering. I did not want to spend a crazy amount on a high performance ECU and this chip happened to be exactly what I was looking for... Something to modify my ECU to match my bolt-ons. My gas mileage went from 24miles/gallon to 35miles/gallon! If it wasn't for my added miles per gallon, the other changes may have only been in my head. The extra miles let me know that the chip DID do something besides look pretty. By the way, my car is a 2003 Toyota Celica TRD-GT. THIS CHIP WORKS! It was hard for me at first to believe that this chip worked THAT GOOD, but it does! If you do not have any mods on your car I am not sure if you will experience as drastic of changes in the horse power and torque department, but I do think you will se a change in gas mileage! If you are looking for a miracle chip that will turn your ride into a bullet, this chip isn't for you. If you do however have mods similar to the ones that I have on my car and you are looking for a cheap, but reliable, sturdy chip that will enhance your mods and adjust your stock ECU to match than THIS CHIP IS FOR YOU!!! It does do what it says it will do and I am definitely happy that I bought it.

Not one difference in fuel millage or performance. Does through a emissions control engine light now

Was easy to install but not real forsure it worked

So far it seems to improve bottom end.

I’m a professional mechanic, I own a celica GT, and if you do your research you’ll find that the ECU in the celica will eventually figure out that its been modified and it will reverse the changes, these do not work.
