Good flavor
This is a mild cheese. Not spicy, but still very flavorful. Worked great in our concession stand cheese dispenser.

The customers really enjoy the cheese. I wish they made smaller bags tho. That's the only negative since we don't go thru the whole bag before it has to be tossed out.
