Excellent. The 3 cup Bialetti Moka Express lives up to its reputation as a great almost espresso maker. The squid game colors are cute as well. You must grind your own whole beans! You must find fresh medium to dark roast beans roasted no more than 2 weeks ago! And use a good burr grinder. I use the IzPresso J manual. Relatively cheap and doesn’t take up counter space!

It makes incredibly bold and delicious coffee—this isn’t weak drip coffee, this is the real dark Italian-style espresso flavor I was hoping for. It’s very easy to use once you learn the simple steps. There’s a tiny learning curve the first time (water level, heat, how tightly to pack the grounds, etc.), but it only took me one or two tries to get it perfect. After that, it’s quick and consistent every time. The build quality is excellent—solid, well-made, and it feels like it will last for years. Cleanup is super easy too: just warm water and a paper towel, no complicated parts or scrubbing required. I’ve had zero issues with leaking, burning, or the handle getting hot. Outstanding coffee maker. Very easy to use and clean. The material doesn't hold stains and reached temperature very quickly, making the coffee in roughly 5 mins. It pulls rich flavor out of the coffee grounds. It's recommended to use a fine grind but not espresso level because it can clog the aluminum filter and prevent flow. One negative is that the rubber seal on the meeting point between the bottom and top gets a bit of a tint with use but it doesn't effect the result. Great value for money overall.

Fantastic product, the instructions are so so. The colors are vibrant and fun. The handle heats up over direct flame, I use a small flat cast iron to set it on and it works great! Delicious espressos come from it. Doesn't leak and has good durability.
