These are excellent pens and a great value. They look good and they feel good when using and have a satisfying click. They would be very acceptable in any kind or type of office enviroment. Took 16 days from order to inbox to the west coast US. That included 2 email corrospondences to submit and verify the engraving which was exactly correct. I don't review many things because of how broken the system is but this product earned it.

The product seems to be a quality product. The pens were purchased for church anniversary gifts. Beautiful colors. I have not received any complaints about the pens not working properly. The main concern is that the pens did not arrive on the date specified. However, they did arrive just in time for the big event.

Pens arrived quicker than expected and came individually wrapped, which was nice! Looks professional and the writing is a good size and is easy to read.
