The white tip stems are too small to fit into the ear bud. How do I get them to seat?

I also had a lot trouble getting the tips with the white silicone covers on. I did two things that helped. 1) I inserted the tip of a screwdriver slightly larger than the stem to stretch out the stem a bit. 2) Like a previous writer mentioned, flip the "skirt" or bud, to just reveal the stem. Work the stem down the headphone and then flip the skirt back down once you have the stem in a good position.

will this work on ipad 10.2 inch 2019?

I have a earlier IPad and it works on it, and on my iPhone 8plus it advertised it will work with all apple products. I know this doesn’t answer your specific questions but I like the product

It dose work for galaxy note 10+

This version has an Apple Lighting connector so it won’t work with any non-Apple phone. I don’t know what kind of connector the Galaxy 10+ uses for headphones but there may be a version of this headphone that would work.
