Do this come in a body powder?

No. Just Body Smoother which is a body lotion and Aeromatics Elixir which is cologne.

Read some of the reviews disappointment that they said this is a fake? Amazon prime does not sell fake items right? Write Amazon prime?

There is no ingredient list on the container. But it says "it's believed to have specific affects on mind and spirit". I know that when I wear the Elixir, I always get compliments on the smell, and I love the smell as well. It has the fragrance of "cleanness and gives you a fresh radiance". I've been using this for years and never tire of it. Hope this helps.
