This book is not about drawing. It is about how I can significantly improve my work as a leader, advisor and facilitator. I have now read the book and started using it. First I taught myself to draw icons for things, people, places, processes and more. My colleagues were surprised. They had no idea I could draw, and neither had I. But more importantly, we have now started to work differently. Before we discussed and discussed. Now we co-create and build on each other's ideas. And even more important: when we have reached and drawn our conclusion, it is infinitely easier to share the drawing with our colleagues outside our team. I dare say: We create 50% more value per hour's work than before. Brilliant!

Such a great book and super useful

Ich habe mir das Buch im Anschluss an einen kurzen Workshop der Autoren zur Vertiefung bestellt. Diesen Zweck erfüllt es sehr gut. Jedoch kam der Artikel bei mir doch eher stark beschädigt bei mir an. Am hinteren Cover ist eine Kerbe, die sich auch auf einige Seiten durchdrückt. Der weiße Eiband an sich ist mit Flecken übersehen. Neu wirkt das Buch auf jeden Fall nicht. Schade.
