I bought this to do some embroidery on jeans and some canvas bags. The punch tool is constructed well and it is an all in one set. I don't have to go looking for other parts outside. The price is also good. The various tools included, colors of threads extend the usability for normal embroidery and other thread crafts. Comes neatly packed in a compact box so everything stays in place.

After receiving my package I was so excited to get using this punch needle, but was immediately disappointed as the product was not even functional. The needle didn’t stay in the holder and the screw to tighten it snapped off after trying to adjust it. Brand new and I can’t even use it! Extremely disappointed in the cheap quality and would NOT recommend this to anyone!

I thought it was a great value. U see a lot of reviews saying that you can't make it stay at a certain setting because when you push the needle in, the lever just slides. But it has a tiny piece of metal that you have to move sideways to fit into the grooves, then tighten to keep the needle in place. I don't think the other reviewers are turning that little metal piece. That's the secret to the whole issue people are having. It works like a charm for me. Also, I was impressed with sooo many different colors of thread. The little thread cutter/scissor things worked great too. I've got them from other places that didn't open and close easy, making them trash. But these were fine. It also came with a plastic box to keep everything nice and neat. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This embroidery kit is easy to use, come with varieties of needles and colorful threads, basically everything you need to get started. The punch works great too. One of my favorite kit so far.

Great lot of flosses for beginners. However, the adjustable punch needle doesn't stay "locked" so it's not usable! One of the threaders broke after using twice and why were 3 patches included with this?? While all the pieces aren't usable, it was still a good deal for just the thread.
