iFixitBattery Compatible with iPhone 6s Plus - Repair Kit

It worked and more importantly, it gave me a big moral boost once I saw that I could fix my phone. Plus having the tools now is great.

Good for the price I wish the battery life is longer

With iFixit you always know what you are going to get. They do cost a little more than some no name brand, but you can tell where that money went when you install and use it. Accurate specs, good quality and safety.

Everything came packaged and labeled the delivery company beat the box up, but everything inside was still in good condition and in their respective places. the seal didn't work well for me, that may have been my fault in the application I'm not sure. Besides that this product was 10/10, and I would buy it again. (Side note: The instruction on the iFixit website were perfect.)

So far it's doing well... certainly better than the old one!! However... be VERY careful placing the battery in its space!! "Dry-fit it" first so you know EXACTLY where to put it!! Lining up the connector is VERY fussy!! I had to take the battery out and fortunately I didn't damage it in the process!!

This is not the easiest to install but I appreciate their video so much because it made a 1st timer like myself able to do it within 45 mins. I'm sure it could have been done faster. The battery is authentic and doesn't come with little sharpy markers wiping away the name of manufacture letting you know your getting refurbished trash/china knock off. Tools are amazing and you can't find these tools alone for the thirty dollars total price point. The 6s is now back to life. Works like it did since day one. I even tested it with only my email and snapchat installed and didn't turn on the screen or touch the phone leaving it connected to the service and wifi to test the battery life and it lasted 9 days. Of course through regular usage I get 2 days out of it before needing to charge if your wondering. I just wish Ifixit had more logic boards for macbook pro early 2011 2.2 ghz for purchase. Just saying if ifixit reads this review message me!

Battery works fine.

My first time installing this iFixit battery was 2020. So it lasted about 3-4 years. It still works but the battery dies mid-day when I go for a day hike, so decided to replace it before squeezing the last drop out of it. The most tricky part is removing the adhesive on the old battery, and also applying the new adhesive to seal the screen. It's a shame that Apple doesn't make the newer models like 6s Plus... I'll keep using this like your grandfather still using a big black dial phone, as long as iFixit keeps up with the parts.
