Revium anti-redness sensitive face wash gel

This woks soooo well. I purchased because I was out of Soolandra (a Dr prescribed cream) and it really calmed my skin and cleared some acne WITHOUT drying my skin out. I saw a difference in my skin with 24-48 hours! I’m over the moon!

I've been using this face wash and the day & night cream for a while and found this one works for me. This my not be for everyone as each persons skin is different and I've tried a few different washers and creams and this one has been the most effective. The negative reviews are a bit of a red herring, nothing is going to change over night and don't judge the product just become it didn't work for you, just accept its not the right product for your skin and try another. But for me this is a great product and do recommend you try it.

Very good for redness

It is 6 months now since I started to use this wash gel together with the cream, hoping it will help to reduce visual appearance and condition of my skin prone to couperose. But it did not change anything at all. After 6 months of consistent use, my skin looks exactly the same as before I started this product. No difference. Overall the texture of this gel is nice and lightweight, it is gentle and does not irritate the skin, but this is not the reason to continue to use or buy it again as it does not work for me. I very rarely write negative reviews, always trying to test the product for a sufficient time. In this case, unfortunately, product disappointed me.

I bought this product because I have Rosacea and was having a really bad flare up. If you have Rosacea, then you know what I'm talking about. The swollen face, burning, hurting, itching, etc... Even my prescription medicine was helping. I looked here on Amazon at all of the different products for it and saw this one. I've never heard of the name before and although Google couldn't give me any information on Revium, I decided to give it a try. Within hours of using it the burning, itching had subsided. Within a day my face was less red, the swelling had gone down and the bumps were gone. I've been using it for 3 days now and the improvement in my skin is amazing!

Unfortunately this cleanser highly aggrevated my skin. I’ve sensitive skin & rosacea. Immediately after use my face was so red, hot & itchy. A cold compress & re-wash helped but, it took 1.5 hours before it started to disappear. I would not recommend. Especially if you have skin that is reactive.

I was sceptical that this was just another cleanser with claims, and I’m reluctant to use something that needs water to rinse. Sometimes my skin is in such a flare water hurts! This is extremely gentle, calming, and not once has caused any insta redness. My skin has settled a great deal from using it. My son was quarantining with me from a country with a very different climate and found his skin reddened. He sheepishly admitted he’d tried my “red skin stuff” and asked if he could carry on. Very soothing for him, too. I’ll definitely stick with it.

Great product for helping my sensitive skin which tends to get hot and red and dry. I do have inherited redness on my cheeks and nose and this is quite soothing on my problem skin and has calmed and toned down the redness so it would be great if you are suffering rosacea. Have been using a few weeks now and have noticed a big difference in the apprearance of my skin, plus it seems softer. No unpleasant smell from product either so quite happy to continue to use it. Thanks.
