Read this to fix your problem! Easy fix!
Don’t go to a mechanic! Easy, simple fix. You step on the gas pedal but nothing happens? Are there weird rubber pieces (green, beige or black) on the floor mat under your gas pedal? Well here is the fix. Most likely you don’t need to replace replace TPS (throttle position sensor) they rarely go bad. The actual problem is the “rubber pedal stop pad” and here is the link to the part https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0C9C8S7MX?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_titleBasically, this rubber piece is a lot more important than it looks. Without it, TPS sensor is reading in the negative, so it thinks something is wrong and it turns off throttle. All you need to do is replace it. Pull the gas paddle out and it’s sitting at the top. Look at the pics.

Item failed after less than a month
Item appeared to be well made and looks exactly like OEM; however, the temperature dropped below freezing and my car went into limp mode. After replacing the sensor with another OEM, my throttle issue went away.Unfortunately, cheaper electronics can't seem to handle extreme temperature changes with the weather. This is a pattern that I noticed recently involving sensors that are not OEM.

Replaced on 2003 Infiniti G35, for codes P0227, P1227 *Read
2003 Infiniti G35, Sensor worked perfect. No programming was necessary. Pedal stop grommet was also broke. While diagnosing, scan and clear codes with engine off. If codes P0227 and P1227 immediately reappear, push accelerator pedal slightly, hold pedal while clearing codes again. Without letting pedal up, see if check engine light illuminates. Once you release the pedal, if the check engine light comes on, then the pedal stop bushing is bad.

Nope on a rope...
It did not work. The car would not stay running, and the computer could not recalibrate... Would NOT reccomendThis part requires that you perform a calibration process. I was able to get the old one to recalibrate and function, but after a million tries, this part was either made wrong or substandard.

Works right out of the box
I purchased this knowing that there was a lot of bad reviews. I don’t think that it doesn’t work I think that people might have other problems with their car. I had a throttle position sensor code saying my sensor wasn’t getting Enough power. I purchased this part for a 2007 350z HR and it works perfectly.
