The battery came charged. The instruction manual was lacking but there is not much to figure out. I finally figured out how to slide the battery off its base track. Only comes with the battery side of the quick disconnect wire. I happened to have the female side laying around from an old RC car battery. We'll see how it handles in the long run. So far it's great!

I'm unclear why all the mounts have the holes up high when USA bikes have the mounts low. The good news is that the support was responsive and allowed this without affecting the warranty + the battery works great! The bad news is that I had to drill 2 holes on the other end to mount it, one requiring me to open the mount.

I'm using this inline with my stock battery on my e bike. I had a concern that it wasn't charging properly due to its design in lighting pattern. They quickly assured me that if there is a problem they will have no problems replacing the battery but went on to show me that it was actually my misunderstanding on how it works. Couldn't be happier with my choice in batteries. As you know there are a million companies to choose from. You can be confident that this is a good choice.

Great battery! Provided tremendous power for my bike. Using it with a Bafang 500w direct drive hub motor on a 26” Six Three Zero beach cruiser. The acceleration is alarming! I’m getting a top speed of 24 mph with motor only and over 30 mph when pedaling. Range is at least 30 miles, haven’t exhausted yet. Bike weighs 60 and I weigh 185. Fun ride! I would definitely recommend accurate measurements though, I had to mount it on rack vice downtube. Figure in 3/4” at the front end to be able to slide the battery off the rack. Blessings!

On April 28th/2022 I have a mixed review of this product and company. I ordered the top-end Panasonic 52 volt 20ah battery ($450) the first battery was defective, and I contacted the seller who was very responsive. They requested I test the battery several ways to determine if it was bad. Finally, after several days, they diagnosed that it was simply a bad switch and they would send me another and offered me $15 to replace it. It took 12 days to get the switch from China which did not fix the problem. Then I said I wanted a new battery they said they would replace it and compensate me $20 for it but it took another 10 days to get it. Finally, on 4/24 I got the new battery that works.My issue is not that the seller was not responsible but they should have just sent me another battery. I lost nearly a month of time on a completed BA Fang ebike conversion just waiting for the battery. If I was to do it again ai would have never agreed to do the replacement part but demanded a new battery. They offered a total of $35 compensation for my troubles that I have not received yet. My initial order was on March 14 and I finally got a working battery on April 25April 10th/2022At the current time, I am in discussion with the seller to get a replacement 48V 17.5 Watt bike battery. The one sent has a measured voltage of only 22.5 volts and is insufficient to power my bike (BA Fang 750 bike conversion kit). With Bike batteries, you can not just resend them back to Amazon as they will not take lithium batteries in shipping and I must resolve with the seller I bought a $450 battery because it was to have high-quality Panasonic battery cells and its disappointing to have to wait to finish my conversion. I have had several conversations with the seller and am confident that the seller CO-Well will resolve this with a replacement battery and I will update this review once this issue is resolved.

The battery is easy to install and works perfectly with my Bafang motor. It fits my Specialized Roll small step through. I’m 73 and although the battery is heavy, I can handle it easily. I had questions for the company and they responded quickly and were so helpful. Highly recommend!

This battery was more than I could ask for .I have a 36volt system and upped the voltage to 48 volt performance is surprising . in I guess a week I still show a full charge .

Awesome battery.Holds its charge for quite some time.Have had it a year now.I put mine on the front, with the motor.That way, the weight is displaced.I'll be installing a rear basket soon...Plus the weight of me on the back....So yeah, just trying to level the playing field so to speak.
