I Love This Holder
It holds the welding rod firmly. Great product.

Good product by the best company
This welding torch/stinger is just ideal the handle is cool in your hand even after extended use, the rod grip in the is absolutely pisitive with no slipping about leaving the operator full control of the arc. For me the 300 amp version is ideal allows an artistic hand to hold the torch without needing finger extensions.

Best Design!
I've been using my scissor/lever type electrode holder in various forms for 45 years. This design is just 1st rate, common sense and gives two angles to attach the stick. It should last me another 45 years.

Heavy Piece of Junk!
I really tried to like it but, ultimately, it's a heavy, awkward piece of junk and Gawd help you if you stick an electrode. Dunno' what specialized purpose this might be good for, but for general welding it is the absolute worst electrode holder I have ever used. Very surprised that ESAB put their name on it...
