ct1 if you don't know about it then you would think it was expensive
does so many jobs on site and saves so much time you forgive the cost. fix it once and well and have the confidence you are not going to be fixing a leak next year or redoing the seal around your sink,\if you finally got tired of re caulking your skirting boards for the tenth time spend the extra money and use this and never have to do it again because it doesn't shrink. Whe I bought this it was cheaper on amazon than my builders merchant where I get discount

Recommended by builder not the cheapest but results fine hopefully stays white.

Easy to use
I have used so many different shower sealants in the past. Found this one to be the best and easiest to use. No sticky sealant all over the place. You don’t need to use too much, a little goes a long way. Cant recommend this product enough. Also found no mold problems blend with this. Others have ended up with mold in the sealant after 3-6 month but not CT-1

No mould or yellowing.
This stuff is the D B of silicone sets really firmly. One note though it is quite soft and it is difficult to get a smooth line on smooth and ruff texture tile, but persevere it's worth it and worth the extra for the bathroom.

Forget other sealants-get this
This stuff is not like other sealants. It includes an adhesive so once applied it stays in place and will withstand regular cleaning etc.Use it inside or outside.If you want to seal a shower tray then there is BT1 which is made by the same people but BT1 includes more anti- fungus / mould properties the guarantee that it stays white.Highly recommend this stuff.

Hard to work with
Purchased to re-seal the shower tray. Probably wouldn’t repurchase next time, as I found this to be the most difficult sealant I’ve ever used. Price was about the same as the other decent sealants, stuck well, colour was fine and it seems to function well as a sealant. It was just hard to get smooth
