Shark Vac Then Steam Vacuum Cleaner with Steam Mop Feature Complete Bare Floor Cleaning System MV2010 (Renewed)

I think this item has been perfected since i purchased it. Mine did not last long once my college daughter got her hands on it.

EDIT: Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this item. It is convenient, but it also is loud and misses the mark. It seemed to work well at first, but something odd started happening and it gets really loud and seems to not clean as well. I'm not sure what caused it but we went over the floor with our old steam mop after using with this one and our old one cleaned better. Convenient, yes, but worth it, not really. It feels broken.Coming from a normal steam mop from Shark this one is impressive. I really love this mop. It saves a ton of time. My friend has one and recommended that I take a look at it. We always used to sweep then mop but now we can use the same device to vacuum the tile and mop it. It is easier to use than I thought too. Set it to vacuum, then set it to mop after you add the mop-rag. Couldn't be simpler. The mop rag was almost black after using it meaning it did a great job. Definitely would recommend this. I bought this used because it saves a lot. Usually people return because they just don't want it anymore and they haven't used it or they use it and don't want it for random reasons. Most used items I have gotten don't have issues. There was a small scratch on the item but honestly that isn't a big deal. The item is in top condition and I recommend it.

I wasn't aware these were refurbished. It could be in the description and I simply overlooked it, but I wouldn't buy this again. The first one I received quit working after one day. The second one has held up for about 3 weeks now, however the Shark logo is broken, the mop pad was used and not as good as the first one I received (but sent back with the faulty mop), and the steam doesn't seem to be consistent. I would look elsewhere for the new appliance rather than buy it from this seller. 99$ would have gotten me a competitor's brand that was brand new. Next time I will know.Update: Had to send back my second one because the steam feature went out. I was not longer able to exchange because they stopped selling the model I had. Pretty sure they are just bandaging the problem in hope that the warranty expires before the old parts do. Amazon refunded my money, and I just ended up buying a Bissle vacuum and a separate Bissle steam mop. Not as convenient, or cost efficient, but would rather spend that than have faulty stuff sent to me constantly.Side note: All Shark products I have ever had quit working after 2 years. It never fails. So don't buy refurbished, they probably are too old to continue functioning.

I didn’t know this was refurbished! The mop seems to only hit on certain areas. There were no instructions so I had to figure it out.

Product didn’t pick up dirt all that well. Steam function left streaks.

I have NEVER written a review but I’m trying to save someone from wasting their money on this. I bought my first one back at the beg of Dec when I got it, the steamer did not work at all. I returned for a replacement and the replacement stopped working after a month. Now I can’t even get a replacement and never mind the hassle of returning this things all the time! Save your money and your time and look for something else.

It doesn’t do well at all. I steam mop and mop and mop some spots and then have to mop with an old fashioned mop because this steam mop doesn’t do well at all. The vac stopped working the second time I used it. It won’t even come on.

I did not realize this was refurbished. It worked for just over the 3 months it was guaranteed, and then the steam feature quit working after about 4 months. Very disappointing because it was still really pricey. For $89 I could have bought a different brand NEW.
