Tender and hot
A lot of jerky is dry and tough, but not this jerky. It’s tender, and easy to eat without making your molars sore. And the flavor - wow, it’s spicy as-advertised. There’s a nice sweetness and almost-citrus flavor going on, and then BAM your mouth will be aflame for at least 5 minutes. Not for the faint of heart, but heat-lovers should really like this one. It’s the best of the reaper jerkies I’ve found online. Have a glass of milk nearby.

Tough
I was disappointed with this jerky especially after reading the good reviews. The jerky is really tough bc it has so much tendon; I was legitimately afraid of breaking a couple of teeth. The beef got into every crevice in my teeth bc of all the hard chewing. I did ended up having to spit quite a bit out. It also tasted very salty, way saltier than some other beef jerky I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of different brands. The seasoning (except the salt) was good, though. It is sweet and hot like advertised. I know every bag is different, and it really sucked that I got a salty tough one.

What happened?
I buy a bag of the chili lime 7 oz jerkey every week or 2. It used to be so fresh and good. My last order, 2 bags was stale and almost had a mold or something on it. Super disappointed as this stuff usually the best jerkey I’ve had. Disappointing to say the least

Not bad little funky at first but I enjoyed it I thought it would have been dry not we jerky but it wasn’t bad

I RARELY leave reviews but this stuff is worthy. My wife and I were headed back to Vegas from California on a road trip and I stopped at a gas station In the middle of nowhere and saw this jerky so I bought a bag and when we tried it we looked at each other like wowwwww this is best we’ve ever had. The meat is super moist and tender and the seasonings are so different and awesome. Glad to see it on Amazon, do yourself a favor and try it you won’t be disappointed!
