I bought this for myself when I purchased a $275 Shimano for my son. I can't tell a difference. Very well made. Very smooth. Casts and pitches beautifully.

Plain and simple, this reel is a seriously worth the money. Now if you a 5 time fishing champion or fish all day, everyday since you were 3 year old than you MIGHT just have to say something negative to say but if your the other 95% of the world than this reel is worth it.
