Makes things stick on insanely
I ALWAYS have an issue with the coating slouching off of either my fish and chips or fried chicken due to the moisture in them. If I'm doing sous vide fried chicken and even allowing the chicken to basically stay coated for a while like "glue" it would still slouch off...and my guess is it has to do with the water content of the behemoth chickens my supermarket sells which are clearly on roids....Batter bind S works...i used 10% and did what I usually do...and it was amazing. Its basically a modified corn starch...

I have used it for several meals and it really does the job. This onion pakora came out fantastic!

Coatings adhered much better.
I have used it a couple of times and my son did also. So far the results have been good. Used it with flour as a pre coat before egg dip. Then cooked the chile relleno and the second recipe, dipped in panko and cooked.
