Clips versus Pins
These clips are available in several different package offerings. This is the least expensive so I had doubts because I already had a set from a previous purchase a year ago. Doubts were unfounded and they are just as well made. When quilting and anytime I need to hold two pieces of fabric or knitted pieces together I use these clips instead of pins. The clips hold the fabrics flat and don't cause the pieces to "shift" as they do when you pin them in place. They are also easier to remove as you sew up the seam. Highly recommended. The difference in the price appers to be nothing more thn my first set came in an acrylic box - these arrived in a plastic bag..

Clips are excellent invention for sewing
These clips are excellent to replace those annoying pins. During sewing, fabrics have to be held in place for seam stitches. There are three ways to doing that: use fingers which equires highly skillful, use pins which most often hurts fingers and bleeds, and, use water soluble glue and iron which may cause a big mess. With these clips, because of its smaller size, it is excellent to use to hold on the folded edge of a fabric, making sewing so easily. I used to poke my fingers or break a needle when sewing with pins, not any more.

Where have these been all my life!!
I have been seeing for 10 years. My absolute Least favorite part is pinning. HELLO game changer! These are so easy and nice to use! No more losing pins, getting poked or accidetly sewing over them. I was a little nervous about these for 2 reasons. 1) I stalked them in the store forever but they were way expensive. So when I found them for so cheap I wasn't sure what the qaulity would be but they turned out great. 2) I work with a lot is silky fabric and I was worried about them staying in place. But that hasn't been a problem! This is a must have in the sewing box.

Well made!
These clips are great for holding fabric pieces together like binding etc. I have also used them for holding glued pieces together - projects other than sewing. They are strong, very made well - I was pleasantly surprised as the price is much less in the store - SAME CLIPS. My only complaint is they are a little heavy when you get several on a project but I rather have than than flimsy and break.

perfect, and I use all satins and silks
EXACTLY the same quality as the ones that are 36.00 for 50. (which, I didnt buy, thats ridiculous) But I did get a 10 pack of the "clover" brand ones, and these are exactly the same, Maybe a tiny, tiny bit less tight, but still, perfect, and I use all satins and silks. They hold nicely, and leave no marks like pins would. If/when I need more, I'd definitely re buy them. They came very quickly. Again, I have no idea why so many people are saying they're flimsy. They're not. They have just as substantial a feel as the expensive ones. I have them all in the same container, I cant tell the difference.

Buyer Beware!
I have ordered Wonder Clips from Amazon before and was satisfied that they were the authentic, well made clips. I ordered three packages of these for Christmas gifts. They arrived in small, unmarked ziplock bags rather than the regular packaging. Upon examination of these clips and comparing them to all of my other clips, I found these to be rather cheap and flimsy,so much so that I believe them to be the cheap knockoffs that I have read about before. I am so disappointed but it is too late to do anything about it except to give them to my friends along with an apology about the quality. I am rarely disappointed by my Amazon purchases but this is one of those times.

Highly recommended for sewing
Okay wow these clips are kind of life changing. When I sew, to make things line up I usually just pinch the fabric in my hands and feed it through the machine, adjusting my grip as I go, which is easier than pins but still slow going. With these I can clip the fabric together just like I do with my hands except now both of my hands are free. The clips are sturdy- some feel stronger than others but they're all equally up to the task of pinning bulky fabrics like luxury faux fur. This is also good for vinyls where you really can't use traditional pins without damaging it. I can already tell it's going to be hard to imagine a time before I had these clips.
