Very happy only just bought it used once nice and light easy to use long cord. You can adjust heat level removes creases so easy. The quality of the iron is perfect it's made ironing so much quicker and easier. The water tank just slides out easy to fill. Love it

Great iron but one problem to much steam house is full of condensation on windows. Even when back door is open .

have used steam generator iron for years and when my last one packed in, was surprised at how expensive some of them are. Found this and took a chance: nice looking; lightweight (a must for me); steams very well and makes ironing a breeze plus comes with 3 year guarantee. Recommended

Amazing. I’m very by picky about irons usually pay out hundred plus however thought £40 or so why not good reviews. I’m blown away by this little beauty of a bargain. Safet lock for carrying cable storage and not forgetting how it copes with actual ironing. It’s brilliant well happy highly recommend

I would like to share a minor issue I had with the product but even more the appalling customer service I received from Beldray which is the main reason I urge you to avoid this company so as not to be like me out of pocket because of their design fault. I purchased the iron in November and used it once. Some time later my wife went to use it and noticed the rest that the iron sits on had melted, the hot plate of the iron had melted plastic on it. The plastic surrounding the rest is not heat resistant so if you do not place the iron exactly on the rest the heat will melt the plastic. I informed them directly as Amazon is not involved in disputes with this seller. You have to negotiate w t Beldray website and contact them directly. This method makes Amazon look very bad when you experience bad service. Amazon deals with disputes immediately but beldray do not subscribe to this and deal themselves. I fully explained in e-mail and was asked for photographs which I sent, product number, product codes, proof of delivery and a raft of questions around how I used the item. This was followed up with further requests for information in order "the technical dept " could investigate. As by now we were approaching Christmas I did not expect a response. Into January still no response so I chased up and requested to return the item. I was asked to provide the following : to help us investigate and resolve your issue effectively, could you please provide the following: - An image of the rating label on the product. - Proof of purchase, if possible. - How often the product has been used since purchase. - What the product was being used for at the time of the issue. - How long the product was being used when the issue occurred. - Whether any other appliances were being used nearby at the same time, and if so, what they were. - Whether this is the first time you have experienced this issue with the product. - An image clearly showing the issue you are experiencing. Thank you for your cooperation. Once we have these details, we will be better equipped to assist you. I explained I had provided this and more and reminded them the plastic melted because it was not heat resistant. I was asked for all the information again because : "I’m sorry to inform you that we have been unable to locate your previous message regarding this issue." So after numerous emails before xmas they had now been lost even though it was in the hands of "the technical team " Instead of a simple return and refund which I requested and which amazon would have done in 24 hrs I am supposed to re submit everything because they LOST it. It's in the bin. I'm out of pocket, mistakes happen, it's how you put it right BELDRAY please avoid because if you have an issue that is not resolved after 2 months your complaint vanishes. I am unable to upload pics it sayes error Product slight problem , Amazon not able to mediate, Beldray awful officious incompetant.

This iron was fantastic when it was first bought . It’s light it has a clip that keeps it attached to the base when moving it , was a great little iron . But after a month of using it it started spitting water everywhere, now the steam part has stopped working it tripped my electric twice so it’s now unusable. Sad as I love it at the start .

Having already owned a Beldray iron, I had no hesitation in ordering another when my old one finally died. It does a great job. The steam setting makes iron linen so easy. Express post was super quick delivery. My only issue came with the fact, that despite that I ordered and paid in Australia, the product came from the UK, and so had a UK plug fitted. I bought a travel adapter and it's fine to use.
