Great value to replace Everpure H-300 filters
At first I was nervous when I received it because the size seemed off, shorter and narrower. But as far as the connection fit, it went in perfectly. Ran the water for 5-6 minutes, as recommended, and the water tastes great. This is an amazing value, 2 filters for a fraction of the prize of one manufacturer-supplied filter. Even if I have to replace them more often (which the specs don't indicate), I would still come out ahead. My only regret is that I forgot I had a new expensive filter laying around before I ordered these (thinking I had none). Now that one sits in my supply pile until the next replacement.

Replacement for H-1200 Everpure
March 2024: YES!! So grateful to have found replacements for my Everpure H-1200 filters at just one-fifth of the cost. These Aqua Crest filters fit perfectly! They were easy to replace without any issues. They are slightly longer than the Everpures, but they still fit under the sink well. As to longevity, only time will tell. So far, they are working great! They appear to be made of a heavy-duty durable plastic, as opposed to the aluminum casings of the Everpures. Will update in a few months as to the durability and continual quality of the water.

Massively better value versus Everpure
I ordered these filters from Aquacrest for our Everpure H-1200 system. The Everpure (now Pentair) filters work great but in the last two years they've nearly tripled in price to $350 which is nearly half the price of a brand new system!Installation of the filters was a breeze - they fit perfectly with no leaks. I ran the system for the recommended 5-6 minutes "at full flow" to flush out particulates and air. Although it's still cloudy because of the massive amount of air bubbles in the water it tastes fine. My experience with Everpure filters is that this is perfectly normal and it will clear up after a week or so of normal use.Aquacrest claim these filters are good for up to 24000 gallons, and are certified by WQA against NSF/ANSI Standard 372 (use of lead-free materials) and NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for reduction of "chlorine, VOC(Chloroform), benzene, chlorobenzine, cloropicrin, and styrene". Unfortunately they do not provide a Performance Data Sheet to back this up. They do provide an NSF certification number for many other Aquacrest and other branded filters, neither the filter (AQU-WF18) nor the system model (EWF-8018S) are listed by NSF in their certification reports.Their other filters have decent certifications but are not as good as the original Everpure filters. Even though these may not be quite as good as Everpure they're good enough. At under 1/5 the price of Everpure that makes them a tremendous value nonetheless.Recommended.

I Was hesitant...
I am absolutely thrilled with my new water filter! Although it's not from the original company, it works just as well, if not better, and is much more affordable.I was a little hesitant at first, but I decided to take a chance and purchase this water filter. And boy, am I glad I did! The filter itself is easy to install. The water tastes clean and fresh, and I feel confident that it's removing impurities and contaminants. What's even better is that this water filter is a fraction of the cost of the original brand. I'm able to save money without sacrificing the quality of the water I drink. It's a win-win!Overall, I would highly recommend this water filter to anyone looking for a great value. Don't be fooled by the high price of the original brand - this filter does the job just as well, and is much more affordable. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Great Value
I ordered these filters to replace the original filter, the Pentair Everpure H300, that came with my under the sink water filter. The price of the Everpure has sky rocketed and I can get 2 of these filters for the price of one Everpure. I have been using this filter for a few months now and I can detect no difference in the taste of the water. The AquaCrest fits perfectly, installs the exact same way, doesn't leak, saves money and the water tastes great. What's not to like?

Don't Bother - Stick With the Real Thing
These cartridges are advertised as replacements for the H-300-NXT. I have been using the real ones for a while and have replaced them several times, but I fell for the idea of a less expensive, supposedly longer-lasting alternative. I needn't have bothered. I ordered these cartridges while my previous one was still good, so that I would have the replacements on hand when I needed them. When it was time to replace the real H-300-NXT, I installed one of these cartridges and flushed it per the instructions. So far, so good. That is until I woke in the middle of the night to the sound of running water and found my entire kitchen flooded, water pouring out from where the seal had failed. To make matters worse, since I had been proactive in ordering these cartridges while my real H-300-NXT cartridge was still good, by the time I tried one the return window had closed. Amazon did agree to take them back, but because it was outside the return window, I was hit with a not-so-small re-stocking fee. Lesson learned. If it seems too good to be true, it likely is. I'm going back to the real H-300-NXT cartridges before I have to invest in an indoor canoe.
