I used this on several ping classic putters I bought at yard sales that had worn out grips. Using an old grip is pretty gross if it's flaking everywhere... and I didn't want to re-grip a club unless I was going to make it a gamer.This is perfect for that old club you like to mess with, but don't want to spend the $ regripping.100% recommend.

Took awhile to figure out how to wrap my grip properly. Turned out by installing it from the bottom and working up instead of the suggested top to bottom made installation much, much easier. Luckily you can unwrap and rewrap several times to practice. Wrapped my wedge and 5 wood. I was concerned about rubbing or wearing, but after chipping with my wedge all weekend it's shown no signs of wear. Seems to be a good product at a fair price.

If your grips are wearing a little, this is the perfect solution. Easy to install. Took me a few minutes to install the first one, about a minute for each after. Great grip, very tacky, and as an added bonus, it increases the grip size a little.

Did the job I wanted. I had a really bad grip on my driver. This solution will allow me to play for the remainder of the season.

Value for your money seem to work well and don’t call fall off the clubs

I got into golf and bought used clubs. I realized im more suited for fatter grips because of my long fingers. These grips also have been amazing in fixing bad grips. There easy to install and wrap after doing one. Also you can undo it and re do if needed to get thickness right. Very satisfying to install also, everyone needs these

I don’t play golf and I didn’t buy this product for use on golf clubs. What I used it for was two AR-15 pistols that I built. I had pistol braces on both guns but removed them after the ATFs change of opinion re the braces. That left me with bare buffer tubes that I wanted to cover with something.After some scouting around online I found these. I cut narrow strips of double sided tape and put one on each side of the tube and then applied the wrap over it. The wraps adhesive plus the tape made for a very secure wrap and tight fit on the tube. Looks good, too.I give this wrap 5 stars for my application and I’m betting it would be just as good on a golf club.

The grips on an old set of clubs I came across in a garage sale were literally crumbling off. I was going to replace the grips entirely but didnt want to go about removing all of them and buying replacement grips. I also wanted to save a bit of money. I found these as a very inexpensive alternative to replacing grips and was pretty skeptical of the installation and feeling.Im glad I can say that I was very wrong! Here's a simple breakdown of my review:PROs:+ Ease of installation: its not quite "one minute" as it advertises itself to be, but it was extremely simple. It took me about 2-3 minutes per club but that still way faster than replacing the whole grip itself. The only tool you might need are a pair of scissors! Can't get much easier than that. And they stuck on really well and haven't shifted or started peeling.+ Look: My driver and putter both have blue accents on a black handle. Putting these on the clubs gave it a great matching look. The black and blue waves are a great and simple look that isn't obnoxious, nor does it get old looking at it after awhile.+ Feel: I have so far played a couple rounds with these and its been great. I have yet to play in the rain (though I mostly try to avoid that) so I cant attest to how they feel when wet. But the grip isnt "sticky", nor did I ever feel it slipping or shifting in either of my hands. Disclaimer, I play with a single glove on my left hand and a bare right hand.+ Great value: For the price, and getting wraps for a whole set of clubs is awesome. I would definitely buy these again for myself or any of my golf buddies.CONs: None so far!!***Though there are no cons (yet), there is a question or asterisk about this product that is worth mentioning, and that question is durability. How long will they last? How often will I have to replace them? I've had these for a month now and have been on the driving range twice, and played 3 rounds. I haven't noticed any feeling, fraying, shifting, or coming off in anyway. I will try to remember to update in maybe 6-8 months and come back on their durability.OVERALL: These have breathed new life into a set of golf clubs that were quite literally being thrown away. They look nice but not too obnoxious to bring on the more "higher class" courses. They feel good and, so far, are a totally great alternative to replacing the grips entirely. If your grips have zero comfort and need replacing, these are NOT what youre looking for. But if the grip just needs to be covered up and given some new texture/feeling back, these are perfect!!! 5/5 and hopefully stays that way for a long time!

These grips are easy to apply, you decide how much overlap to use.When on they feel comfortable and have a lot of grip. I have played a few rounds with these now and they give me more confidence with the club. What a great price too.

I had an old putter that I wanted to try using again, but the grip had disintegrated. I wrapped it with masking tape, then wrapped the Alien Pros tape over top of it. It held very well, and I'd say I could have gotten quite a few rounds out of it.As advertised, the tape leaves no residue on the club, because the stickiness comes from the top part of the wrap. The tape bonds to itself where it overlaps, which creates a solid and stable grip. Also as advertised, you can rewrap a few times to get it right. The grip doesn't bond immediately.If the grip you're covering tapers, the Alien Pros tape will wrinkle a little when you wrap it around. I thought this would annoy me, but in reality I can't feel the wrinkles at all. I think the trick is to pull the tape tight when you wrap, so that there's tension and just a tiny bit of stretch.They give you a wraparound sticker for each end, but I've found that it isn't necessary on the butt end.When I took my putter in for a permanent grip replacement, I was able to pull off the Alien Pros tape and keep it to reuse on another club. The sticker wasn't reusable, but that's fine since I didn't use the second one. Note that I only played one round with it, and I suspect that it would be harder to reuse if I had played more.I was able to reuse the grip on a two-way chipper with a solid rubber grip. For an experiment, I started about 1/3rd from the end of the original grip, and then continued wrapping onto the shaft. It looks dumb, but it worked surprisingly well.Overall, I'm impressed.

Great stuff….. easy to wrap on existing grips. The grip holds well even under wet conditions. It’s similar to tennis racket grip.

Wrapping tapes have been used on some of my golf clubs to increase the size of the grips. Am very happy with the product and all in all an excellent outcome. Will look at purchasing some more in the near future.
