Ball Mason Wide Mouth Half Pint Jars - 8oz - 4 Jars Per Box

These are the coolest jars. I had the luck to find them in a hardware store while vacationing in a rural area, but couldn't locate them closer to home. So, Amazon to the rescue, just in time for the last of the summer strawberries that will become jam. I like these jars because the are the right size for giving away jam, chutney, etc., they have a classic look, and they are durable. They also stack well in the fridge and are handy to keep small amounts of leftovers.

They were smaller than I thought they would be, but they are perfect for the individual cheese cakes I made. Press in a graham cracker crumbs and butter crust. Add the 'filling' of your choice (pudding, cheesecake) and then a topping (cool whip or pie filling ). The jars are of high quality and easy to store in the refrigerator. Make up ahead of time for a quick grab and go dessert. Larger jars are used for a grab and go salad. Layer lettuce, cherry tomatoes, grated cheese, cucumber, croutons, etc. and take your dressing to add when it's time to eat.

These jars are adorable, and perfect for canning jams or other preserves. They are obviously much more expensive than other glass jars of this size, but I use them as containers for my husband's breakfast (muesli). I also use plastic, reusable covers, also made my Ball. Ball is a reliable company, and I own several different products made by them. I'm never disappointed.

I bought thee jars to put various homemade body scrubs in and they are a great size and shape and look great too. They have lids that seal very well to keep anything fresh. I can see these would be great for canning but have a ton of other uses obviously. Great quality and very attractive.

Good product and decent value of you don’t mind the rust. Like with most mason jars, the rings and lids rust very easily.

Nice and flat. Airtight to boot. Perfect for storing the legal weed that your dad grew for you in your grandma's old bento box she used to fill with candy but now she's dead. Probably also good for jams, sauces, small amounts of leftovers, etc.

Everyone I gave these to thought they were just so cute and they wanted to know where I had purchased them from. I was concerned with the last order I placed for them. They came loose in the box with no padding to protect them from breakage. They were fine but I would not have been happy if I would have had to mess around returning them and waiting for a replacement just because someone could not take the time to wrap them in bubble wrap.

great small jars! I use them as yogurt "bowls" to bring to work (I buy plain yogurt, since sweetened is bad for your stomach and has way too much sugar anyway; mix my plain yogurt with chia seeds and right before eating it I add a bit of honey and sometimes fresh berries.) They are extremely versatile and can be used to store up spices (depends on the amount), crafts, travel, or even condiments. Great buy!

I use the to store spices, they are the perfect size to fit in my spice drawer -placed on their side.

The jars seem to be a of inferior quality or something... Have marks (not completely crystal clear) which was a bit annoying but still useful, however one of them had a mark inside the jar that was actually chipped, which made it unusable for me. So I decided to only keep the 3 jars, as I have 4 kids and can't be bothered doing the whole process of sending it back and them sending another one to me.

Love the size of these!

The jars are great but they were shipped in a bubble envelope that was quite large and 1 was broken. They were not very protected inside the envelope.
