I don't think these are a cure all, despite many people saying so, and only because of their religious biases. However I do take 5ml a day for general health as it's proven to have numerous health benefits. Also helps with h pylori symptoms and infections. I wouldn't go above 5ml, as this tends to affect my mood in a negative way.

Taste like cheap olive oil. I brought the three pack because I thought I was getting a bargain. The original purchase of one, had a distinctive black seed oil taste. This purchase was like cheap olive oil.
