Vegan Multivitamin - Vitamin B12, Algae Omega 3, and Vitamin D3 - Balanced Supplement for Women and Men - British Made Vegetarian Complex

I have been trying these for the first time and have been impressed with the results. I have felt more energy, less brain fog and generally stronger in myself. The capsules are normal capsule size and easy to swallow with water. The bottle contains a month's supply - taking two tablets a day. I would advise to be prepared for a slightly fishy smell as they contain omega 3 extract from seaweed but it's only momentary and once they have been swallowed I haven't experienced any gas coming up.

I really liked the fact that these capsules contain Omega 3, Vitamin B12 and D3 which I felt justified the price and also that they contain no artificial ingredients. I didn't particularly like the taste so I would definitely recommend taking the tablets mid breakfast. Having taken them for over a week now, I definitely feel that my energy levels have increased and that I am functioning better mentally. I will definitely be purchasing them again.

These mutivitamins may be healthy, but its always difficult to tell . Additionally these particular vitamins taste and smell awful. I have stopped taking them and I am switching to another brand. Avoid.

I've been looking for a Vegan multivitamin for a while and this one seems to tick all the boxes!!! I love the fact that it does not contain artificial ingredients and that the inclusion of Omega3, vitamin B12 and D3 is a real pus as it reduces the number of individual capsules that I need to take to obtain these essential nutrients. I have definitely noticed an increase in my energy levels and am finding that I am a lot more mentally agile !!

I found it quite hard to get on with this supplement. It does seem to have high quality ingredients, but I genuinely can't believe how fishy they taste and how long that stays with you after swallowing the pills. I was still tasting it hours later, so definitely take them with a major meal to disguise this if you can. I do like how the supplement has no artificial ingrdients though, so you feel good about what you're putting in your body.One good thing is I have felt far more alert and happy these past couple of weeks, not sure if that is down to the supplement or the sudden return of the sunshine, but I'll take it!

Arrived in great time and well packaged. Quite impressed with the ingredient list, clean ingredients and lots of good quality vitamins. I especially like the addition of Omega 3 to help me with my mental agility. I found the capitals easy to swallow and don’t leave any after taste which was great. I have been taking them for a few weeks now and feel I have more energy and not as effected by the winter months.

I did a lot of research before I settled on this product, despite the high price, because it offered everything I needed in one capsule. Two unpleasant surprises (not counting the revolting smell & taste):1) the concentrations listed in the product title are for 2 capsules, therefore the pills are twice as expensive as they appear (which was already quite expensive compared to similar products), and2) on the back of the bottle there's this 'allergy advice': 'manufactured on equipment which processes products containing nuts, milk, shellfish, fish and soya'.
