This buttermilk pancake mix is amazing! The pancakes come out soft, fluffy, and full of flavor — just like homemade. It’s super easy to prepare, you just add water or milk and they cook perfectly golden. I love the light texture and the hint of buttermilk that gives them a rich, buttery taste. Great for breakfast or brunch, and everyone in my family enjoys them. Definitely a pantry essential!

I followed the directions exactly! So easy and the pancakes were delicious! The texture was as expected and light. Worth the extra money to have a gluten free quality pancake!

Decent Product
I'm all in for organic anything. But it was a small bag for the price. The bag looked a little beat up. I just wish that if a vendor is selling something organic, that they went the extra step with the packaging. I don't like plastic bags. This is a somewhat hard plastic bag. I'm concerned about microplastics rubbing off during handling.

Pancake motivator
Sure I can make pancakes hand waffles from scratch, but this really is just as good. And it gets me motivated to actually make pancakes or waffles because I know I have all the ingredients. I use half butter half oil to make tasty breakfast treats. High quality ingredients. Love all of Bob's stuff.
