Microsoft Office Access 2010: Comprehensive (Exploring) Edition Unstated

The book was physically in great condition even though it was used. When I opened it up I was quite pleased to see that the data files were included and not even opened. Overall - great experience.My rating really falls on the book content. It was required for the class I was in but some of the directions on labs and exercises were difficult to understand. Other students had the same issues and we discussed it on multiple occasions. There were some errors in the book as well but nothing over the top for a textbook.Overall - don't buy this new or if you're learning Access on your own. If you are in a class and it's required go for it (used). The content could easily be learned by using youtube.com and searching tutorials.

This book is EXACTLY what I need for this EXCEL class; I am also going to need it for the next class coming. This book has a CD you download it to your computer and it has the "HANDS ON" exercise’s that literally walk you through everything step by step. Without this book my life would not be very pretty and neither would my GPA. If you have an EXCEL class you should really get this book; it will help you. You will be very happy you did. This little book has some cool tips and tricks I think I'll need once I get into making up books for a business or just for keeping a personal budget. It's a couple hundred pages but the read is fast and the flow of the exercises is pro. The only thing missing is actually more examples. This might be weird to some since this is a 500 pager but Excel is more involved as I am beginning to learn.

I guess if you are new to using Microsoft Access, this book can come in handy... Personally, it's pretty easy to figure outthe basics with most of the Microsoft programs. But, this book sure provided some neat "tricks" that I did not know. I learned quite a few useful tools from this book...plus, the book is very easy to follow. I don't really think it's necessary though.

I had to purchase this book for a college class. It has been very easy to use and helpful for learning spreadsheets in Excel. I like the layout, writing and the hands on experience it provides. Great way to improve your office skills at home!

I'm done with school and I still use this as a reference tool at work. I even use it when a random idea pops in my head and I want to see if it will work.Very clear and easy to use

This is the text that was needed according to the syllabus but once I was in the class the professor changed to 2013 for our lessons; disappointing to have the older version but what I had ordered none the less.

I like the step by step exercises. Its helps since I have had Access training, but want to brush up on the software since its changes since I learned to use it.
